"I have tried contacting Bruce on multiple occasions to somehow resolve this issue, (physical repairs/repay labor costs) but have yet to hear back from him. It is important to understand the details of this project. I was paid to make an old, pre-existing wood fence fit into a different yard/space than it had originally been built for. The fence that I installed was originally built on an incline/decline(hill) and was taken apart in 6 to 10 foot sections. Bruce had me install these old, random length fence sections in front of his RV where it would be impossible with the existing fence lengths to have the gate-opening perfectly positioned in front of the RV access door. Also, the fence could not possibly be level to the new flat surface being a pre-existing fence originally built on an incline. Before leaving Bruce's home, after completing the job, I spoke with his wife to make sure they were satisfied with my work, she agreed it was good and even had me fix the damaged chain link fence in their front yard(opposite yard of fence install) at no additional cost. She also asked me if there was a place where she could leave a positive review and recommend my services. After receiving such an embarrassing, poor review, I have learned that it is not worth any amount of money to install an old fence in a valued customer's yard, If they don't want to spend the money to have it built correctly from the startm then I'm not the guy for the job."
