Rick stopped by the same day I asked for an appointment and after agreeing to hire All Pro Pool Service, work was started immediately. took care of my pool cleaning and stopped by the next day to finish the initial cleaning. I have hired this company for weekly pool care. Very happy with the work and my experience with Rick.

Rick was fantastic. I called him on a Saturday saying my pool pump wasn't working and he came out the same day. When he got here it was working and the problem was due to my lack of knowledge. He was wonderful, explained everything to me and gave me some pool tips, He was not going to charge me at all but I also had a pump timer that was not working so I asked him if her could fix that. He had the parts in his truck, fixed/replaced in the middle of a downpour and was very professional and friendly. I am calling him back for another service I need today. I highly recommend. Cheryl W.

Called them on Friday - holiday weekend and they came right out and examined the green pool. Had chemical in the pool next day. Evaluated the entire pool system - found problems with the motor, impellor, skimmer and filter. Got it all workign so that the realtor could sell the hosue. Thanks

landscaping debris had fallen into the pool. i was put off for three days but finally he showed up. he completed cleaning pool and i paid $35 fee for pool cleaning and gave $5 tip. at 9:30 p.m. owner calls ranting and raving about the charge for servicing pool one time is $107. during the course of cleaning the equipment cords burst into flames burning a 12" x 6" mark on my lanai. when the guy left he said he would return the next day with chemicals for the pool water and repair the burn. he did not return and i was told by the owner that it was my responsibility to have asked what the charges were for cleaning the pool.

"Ms T phoned 5/21 4:42PM stating her pool was turning green and she needed someone to do a 1 time clean do to getting sand in the pool. She later phoned saying she didn't need us. On Fri she called saying the others hadn't shown asking if we could come. My tech was there until 9PM removing sand from her pool and turning her green water to blue. Yes I told her it was her responsibility to remove the burn marks and my tech would not return after she paid him $35 on a $107 bill. We went out of our way to accommodate her last minute request on Memorial weekend. She did not ask our rate nor could I quote her, not seeing what was involved."

Office called me the same day I submitted the request. Came out promptly and assessed the situation. (Stains in bottom of pool) Rick encountered some problems that required extra care. There was staining in the bottom of the pool caused from copper coming off the heater. He was up to the challenge and did a great job.

The pool pump broke and my son called Pool medic they charged me 150.00 and a week later the pump broke again and they refused to fix it. After it broke for the second time My son left it for weeks, by the time I saw the pool it was green, almost blackish and had lots of frogs and smelled so bad I could not stand to walk in his back yard. I called All Pro Pool, he fixed the motor and cleaned up the pool. He came out right away and work was done fast. You had to see the pool, its just unbelievable how he got the pool cleaned up so nice. Would highly recommend this company.

Rick did a fantastic job. My pool was stained quite a bit because of me not keeping the chemicals properly adjusted. My pool is 11 years old and it now looks almost as good as new. I don't think any other company can top his work.

We found Rick to be very accomodating and responsive to our needs. We asked him to take a look at the pool on the house we are purchasing and he was very thorough in his inspection and even cleaned the filter for the current resident (free of charge!). Highly recommend!
