Handyman for Multiple Small Projects- For Business
Very nice guys. Competent work and decent price. A little hard to coordinate and would have liked a little more attention to finish details. Bottom line: I would hire them again for general maintenance and build. I grade pretty hard and I give these guys a nice solid "B".

Deck, Fence, Patio or Porch Clean and Seal
Gary Wilson is with a different company than this one, so that needs to be updated. Problems with deck being completed as indicated; fixed that, but took much longer. Used for replacing fence -- good job with that, but didn't come back when we were told they would to do more. Then used Gary for an irrigation project, but he flaked out on showing up when said he would and never contacted us as to why or to reschedule.

workmanship was very good...timely and courteous. However, the follow up communication and the falure to deliver a final invoice left me with a poor impression and such that I probably would not contect them again.

Concrete Sawing or Removal
Gary Wilson gave me a resonalble quote to remove the cement from my yard and said he would be back the next day with a couple of guys to remove it and clean the area. He came back by himself, it took 2 days, he went through my neigbors yard without asking and left 3 large buckets of broken pieces of cement for me to clean up and dispose of. I guess you get what you pay for.

"Sanjiv lives on the east coast. I communicated with him frequently. Arrived on time as promised. Completed the job. Noticed the exterior trim was warping. Brought it to his attention. He asked for an estimate for repair. Sent estimate and photos that Monday. 2 weeks passed, leaves comment above. Claims never recieved. I resent it. His comment only reflects, not recieving pictures and quote. Completely unrelated to the work performed. Of which we did on time."

Gary and his crew came to weather strip my house, paint my two bathroom and change the outlets throughout my house. It all looked fine when they were finally done; after staying longer the promised. He talked me into letting him update my gate. I paid him nearly $3500. A month later, however, the gate is fulling apart, the caulking is cracked on my windows and cold air is seeping in. I have called him repeatedly, but he has decided to put me off. I waited to do my rating in case something like this happened. I'd hope we would resolve this, but I'm filing a complaint against All Pro.

Due to the lack of space I will condense significantly. Routine monthly lawn maintenance requested from Gary Wilson, owner, 7/29/09, two separate homes, for my elderly parents. Cursory lawn care done 8/6/requested estimate for total yard clean up. Payment for completed work/planned work was mailed immediately. Multiple excuses from owner: moved - not receiving mail, finally received payment/rescheduled (but did not show), let employees go, "moving slow," on and on. Finally, after two months of this nonsense I cancelled/requested refund for work not done ($245). No response, will file in Small Claims Court. BEWARE OF THIS COMPANY! JUDY P

"Lives out of State. We removed three truck loads of brush and debris. The job warranted a $600 fee. Pricing was an issue. Charged her $245 for a mediocre clean up. It took her 3 months from the original clean up date for a check to arrive. Would never work with her again."

Before I discovered your web site, I hired a friend of a friend to clean up my backyard, sod my backyard & bring my front yard back to life. This included repairing a sprinkler system and installing a new one. That was a horrible nightmare!!! The sod was DYING! I met and discussed with Gary Wilson what happened and asked him if he could help me. It was no problem for him and he assured me that he would personally service my yards. Well he has done just that and my yard is looking 100% better. There's more work to be done and I'm confident that everything will be taken care of and Gary will continue to do regular maintenance on my yards

Interior and exterior work start date 08/22/09. Estimate given was concise and response to alll questions and inquiries were clear. Always courteous and professonal, both verbally and written. The unsolicited action of Gary Wilson (salesperson), who removed his shoes before entering the house convinced me that this was the company I wanted.

He did a job he was not qualified for. I was happy initially, but when I had an air conditioning contractor out to check my unit, he stated that whoever did this job in the garage has made a huge mistake. He estimated $1300+ to fix everything. I had a second contractor come out and he concurred that the previous repair was done very wrong, and it would take about $1500 to fix properly. I had him fix it and paid him the $1500. When I informed Gary Wilson of All Pro, he argued the point and stated I could take him to court. In good faith I had asked that he just pay for the mistake, $1500. I did not ask for the $480 he charged me to do his job.
