*URGENT* The All-Pro Moving Group is one of the worst organizations in the moving business ever!! Their management team & staff administration are unscrupulous, liars, and cheats. We scheduled a move in August 2021 and signed a contract with a good faith estimate. Three days before the move the â quality controlâ manager stated that even though we had removed over 30% of our items, would still be charged over $3000 more for a move. We canceled the contract but they made sure that we talked with a Senior manager which brought us under the window for NOT being able to get our deposit back. This was their tactic. We spent over six months trying to negotiate the return of our deposit and were promised only $250. After going to New Orleans / Orleans Parish small claims court, we received our judgment on May 18, 2022 and will get the $3,110 plus court costs returned. Please take action with your local small claims, and contact the Better Business Bureau and the attorney general at the state and federal levels. Post often so that others do not have to go through the financial and emotional toll that we went through.

Classic bait and switch scammers! Was told initially my move would require half of the space the quality guy determined the day before our move, so our quote jumped from $4600 to $9000! And of course when I declined going forward using their services, they refuse to credit me my $1500 deposit.

First the positives. The moving crew came on the first of the two-day schedule window. They were professional and were able to fit just about everything on the 26 ft truck that already had another load on it. Our belongings were delivered in a week, which was much appreciated even though quite a few things were slightly damaged and some were broken beyond repair. Now for the negatives. In Feb 2021 I went online and requested quotes from several companies for an upcoming move in July 2021. All Pro was the first one to call and promised they would be lower in price than anyone I could find for my move from TN to FL. I put a non-refundable deposit down since they made it sound like they could not be beaten. They gave me an estimate based on phone conversation walk-through with one of their staff. The estimate of my belongings was, in retrospect, ridiculously lowballed for a 3 bedroom home at 660 cu ft. It came in at about $3500 which made me happy since I budgeted $6000 for my move. I figured it may go up once we did the final assessment a few days before the scheduled move. I wasn't prepared for just how much it would go up. When QA called and re-estimated what I had to move it came out to 980 cu ft and the new estimate skyrocketed. They raised the cost per cf from $3.75 to $4.75 and told me that I would need an empty truck to pick up that amount of things so there would be an upcharge. As I stated earlier, the truck that came already had a load on it. I sent QA (Michael) a message asking why the rate had gone up at all since the truck was not doing my load alone. Never got a reply. In fact, I haven't heard from All Pro since the night before the movers arrived on July 21st. I'm thinking they have their money and can't be bothered whether or not I'm happy with the service they provided...which I'm not. When the movers arrived and loaded up my belongings they said I had 1200 cu ft. The price went up even more! So, I can't recommend All Pro, they are a broker that hires 3rd party moving companies, they low ball estimates to fish rookie movers like me in. Here's the breakdown from start to finish what I paid..and you could expect the same if you deal with this company. Initial estimate $3452.03 based on 664 cf at $3.75 per cf with $1152.03 non refundable deposit. New estimate, 2 days prior to move $7170.96 based on 983 cf at $4.75 per cf. Moving day, it was determined I had 1200 cf and the estimate became a total of $8775.04. At the delivery end, another $175 was added due to more than 7 steps to the bedrooms upstairs. I paid extra insurance of $770 ($250 deductible). My move cost $9720.04 (I also tipped the moving guys on both ends a total of $320...my choice, they were good guys that worked hard). What started out as what looked like a good deal and under my budget ended up being almost $4000 over it. Buyer beware. There are better moving companies out there. I would avoid this company if I were you.

I have never had a worse customer service experience in my life. I mean it. MY LIFE. We have not got our promised call back for over two weeks now to discuss the blindsided $2k up charge, the continued mistakes with inventory, a damaged piece of furniture, etc. we have tried calling their customer service several dozen times (not an exaggeration) to either a)never be answered and be on hold forever or b) just be hung up on and disconnected before being connected to anyone. We have tried contacting individual reps. We have tried emailing. As I am writing this we get a call back from sales that says oh I can not help but I will have customer service call you! Well¦ obviously we can not get a call back from customer service since it has now been two weeks so obviously the sales rep has a side gig in comedy.

I think the good reviews must come from friends and family of this business. My experience is typical of all the bad reviews. Low quote to begin with, then a higher quote, then even more money when the movers get there. Lies about when your move will be picked up and delivered. Lies about being covered by insurance. When your belongings get there, later than you needed them to, broken feet on furniture, abused fragile boxes, multiple missing boxes and then a refusal to reimburse you for anything. This is the most horrible move I have ever had and we have moved 9 times from state to state. Do yourself a favor and either use Pods, or a reputable company. You probably wont end up paying more and you wont have to deal with liars.

Dont use this company! Only saw good reviews and supposedly top 5 moving group. Well, all they do is talk a good game. They tell you what you want to hear.I said over and over I wanted a house to house move. That is why we waited to get someone to NM. Well, first they underestimated our goods and asked for more money. We had to do it as the house was sold and we needed to be out. Then the packers show up and they say we were underestimated - again. So more money - another $4000 plus! Then we learn that we will have to wait on a bigger truck. Guess what, are goods are still in NM after 3 weeks. So run in the opposite direction from these people!!

In my experience, All-Pro employed deceptive practices in providing move quotes. In hiring their services (November 2020) I ordered **full pack** (moving contractor packs your goods). I completed an inventory by phone following the instructions of an All Pro staff member and received a written Binding Moving Estimate of $9150.00. At the time of booking, I was charged $1960.00 by All-Pro. The charge was described **Moving Services**. Two days before the pick-up date (late January) I received a phone call from an All-Pro representative which he described as a review to determine the need for boxes by type (dish pack, wardrobe, etc.) for dishes, books, other small items so as to communicate the need for boxes to the contractor packing the load. At his instruction, I completed a second inventory by phone. At the end of the conversation, I was informed the new price was $14,965.00, an increase of $ 5,815.00, or 54% (documented with another **Binding Moving Estimate**). The new figure included charges by All-Pro of $2400.00 for **Moving services** and $725.00 for **Moving Estimate**. In my experience, it seems the first estimate by All-Pro was intentionally low in order to entice the consumer to enter into a contract with the intent to increase the cost substantially when the consumer has little time to make other arrangements and has already paid a substantial fee to All-Pro. As part of their deceptive practices, I was also charged for two inventories.

SAVE YOURSELF THE STRESS AND CHOOSE A DIFFERENT VAN LINE! Joann was my point of contact. +1 (516) 447-0577. Immediately after signing the agreement, I knew I had made a bad decision. She became super rude and snappy. She will not answer questions and constantly over talks me. She claims to always be honest but here is a list of her lies: Lie #1: I told them my employer was paying for the move and the carrier that I chose is the carrier that has to pick me up. Joann assured me that All-Pro was a national carrier and would handle the move. Western is here packing my stuff, not All-Pro. Typical bait and switch scam. Lie #2: I requested to pay by weight. I even said it was required by employer. I think weight is better because it is easily measured. Joann sent a new agreement that said they would charge me $0.47 per pound but I am actually getting charged by cubic feet. Lie #3: I put my info in a system to solicit movers. I found out that a few of the high quotes from other companies were sent by Joann. Apparently, they operate under other business names and Joann sent me super expensive quotes from the other businesses that make their quote look reasonable. Lie #4: Joann said they charge in thirds. 1/3 of the estimate is to be paid as a deposit. 1/3 at the time of pickup. 1/3 at the time of delivery. The first payment I made a few days ago by phone. When the movers got here, they provided a new estimate that was double the amount of the original estimate and required me to pay 70% of their new estimate! Lie #5: I was confirmed for a pickup of yesterday from 10-12pm. At 1pm someone called to cancel. I wasted my whole day waiting for them. If I would have cancelled on them, they would have charged me a cancellation fee. When I called Joann about this, she gave me some excuses about Covid. No apology even offered. If I could have given 0 stars I would have. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. THEY ARE SCAMMERS!

Everything was going great and had a binding agreement for my stuff at around $2100. Movers showed up and all that changed quickly. Before the movers even made it past the living room they already added 115 sq feet to my original price which was $500 more. I tried calling the emergency number for all pro but no help there. I was stuck and had to sign paperwork. My original quote was for specific items that i told them I had. In fact on the day of the move I had even less items then I had from the call 2 days ahead to readjust my items. Now to delivery. That went horrible as the driver refused to come into my facility even though there was an 18 wheeler in the facility 2 days prior and the facility had way more space than my previous location where they made it fine to my front door. Western ended up telling me cost an extra 450$ for shuttle service when it said $350 in their paperwork and $300 on all pros paperwork. Western dropped it down but that wouldn't work. They agreed to drop $100 for me to pay for a storage unit and i would pay the rest of the $1100. I wanted it over and agreed. The driver had different ideas and refused to drive into a storage facility and requested I get a uhaul myself and they would bring my stuff into my place. When I came back with the uhaul the drive then said they would only do the couch and I had to help move the rest. At this point I was done with the goal post moving and agreed. I carried a lot of my own stuff in as a 100% disabled vet and shouldn't have been asked to do that. Now back to all pro. I contacted them as I wanted a refund on the difference from the original quote as I put it I listed all my stuff over the phone which is how they got the number and it involved a washer, dryer, 41 boxes, and a 50 inch tv. 2 days prior i had removed the washer and dryer and dropped the boxes to less and removed the TV and was assured there was still plenty of room for the 289 cu feet as I added a small 4 foot dresser a coffee table, a bathroom rack, small clear containers which no where came close to the size of a washer and dryer. So either all pro lied on the binding quote with how much room was needed or the movers lied about how much room it took which when I got on their truck was less than half a small bedroom size of stuff. All pro is giving me the run around now for any refund and also told me if i made a BBB complaint I will not get a refund and I have been warned by oscar the rep. I regret using this company and will never hire them again.

It took a very long time to speak to a customer service rep and the experience not very pleasant and did not seem very accomodating. Be very cautious about signing a proposal with this company, look through everything before signing and make sure you understand what is covered.

I don t normally leave reviews but I felt very accommodated for by this company. After getting lots of calls about my move (after putting it off for so long) I made the decision to go with these guys because they seemed to know the most about this business and were very straightforward w me as far as price and what I ll get out of my move w them. My first big move ever and I couldn t be happier

I have moved multiple times in the past, mostly on my own. This time I opted to hire a company, I got many calls but choose All Pro. They were fantastic to work with my salesperson worked for weeks with me to make sure everything was perfect. The girls in the office always so pleasant and helpful. The crew they set out were so efficient and polite. My delivery from Florida to Michigan took a bit longer than I expected but if that's the worst part, I am A OK . I recommend them, absolutely! Infact my next door neighbor just booked with them yesterday!

I got transferred to Atlanta with my form and needed to have my car moved from Philadelphia. They did a great job and were on time during pickup and delivery. Also, their pricing was quite good.

We moved from CA to Florida to take care of our grandmother. We found All Pro online and they did a great job for us. The cost was good and we had no issues. The only thing was there was a bit of surcharge because of stairs at my grandmother s place in Miami and as a result the cost was higher than expected.

A work colleague recommended these guys to me and my wife as she had used their services previously. They did a great job and came prepared with a solid project plan. There were no delays in the process or additional costs. Our move from Florida to Arizona went smoothly.

All Pro moves me and my family to South Beach from Los Angeles last month. All went well and at a reasonable cost. I plan to refer them to my friends and neighbors seeking relatable and affordable movers as they aren t easy to find.

Contracted a moving group to go to Colorado -> California. They apparently pick it up and charge an extra 234 cubic feet (They originally quoted 291). Strange. Then two weeks go by with no contact. Finally someone random starts calling asking us for 1800$ more to be wired immediately. Three days of wrangling with All pro and we negotiate that we will measure the goods on arrival and pay if they are all there. Another week goes by, every day they say they are gonna come and do not. Finally, they do come at 9:30 pm on a day they said they were not coming. I am immediately skeptical because the truck is a random rental and instead of a team of professional movers who are supposed to give me an inventory list/manifest and reassemble my furniture we get a random person who has no idea who *All pro moving* is, nor the subcontractor *Platinum moving* that they apparently subcontracted to. No, hes apparently a sub-subcontractor who rented a truck and just threw everything in there and eventually got here. Very suspicious, so I get my measuring tools and camera. Everything is broken. All the boxes are broken or wet. There is less than 200 cubic feet of stuff in there (Measured by laser and tape of highest thing and length of truck). There is an extra dirty mattress we do not own in the truck as well. As soon as the driver sees I am taking pictures he screams at me and my mother has to call the police. He closes the truck and drives away while demanding to be paid for about half an hour. I have called both moving companies dozens of times. As of now they told me to never call them and that I have to pay or else. So you know. Great experience. No idea where my stuff is but it is all broken and wet.
