Paid when I thought the job was completed. Could not tell until I was leaving. He only completed about half of what was supposed to be done. He had said he would come back on Friday and bring a bigger weedeater. So I thought he would finish the job then. I was so excited to find someone to do this job that I also paid him extra for coming so quickly. Now I am having to hire another person to come to do what he was paid for. Would not hire him again. He was a very nice young man, but, he left not finishing what he was paid for. Waste of my money and time.
