I hired All Pro Painting to stain the exterior of my Log Home, on September of 2022. I paid an $1100 deposit up front which I thought was a bit much, considering all that needed to be purchased was the stain. At the time that I paid the deposit, All Pros card reader was not working, so I had to pay using Venmo, which pinged my credit card for over $100 in fees. This was a bit ironic considering that on the side of their company vehicles it is advertised â We Accept Credit Cardsâ .. I was irritated, but this was only the beginning of what All Pro Painting put me through. I was originally scheduled to have the job done in September 2022, but after a number of last minute cancellations their â Project Managerâ Will, contacted in mid-November ( two months after taking my deposit) and said he was ready to begin that week, however he had forgotten or lost the stain sample and needed to come back out and have me verify which type I wanted. The day that the job began, the crew arrived at 8am and it seemed as if they were racing through it quite fast. At 2pm they had finished, packed up, and left and I get a call from Will to get balance paid ($4500 total). I paid within minutes. Afterwards, I noticed that there was plastic left on one of the windows (which I was able to remove) and plastic around my motion sensor lights (which I was not able to remove because I did not have a ladder). I texted Will and he assured me that someone would be by that week to remove the plastic (see text in attached photo). In the days proceeding I noticed several areas that were missing stain, spotty areas, and multiple spray lines from the pneumatic sprayer, so I reached out to Will and informed him, and he told me that the weather was too cold now, and that he would be by 1st thing in the spring to fix it (see text in attached photo). Spring came around and I still did not hear from Will, I reached out too him and he assured me that his crew would be over soon to finish the job (see text in attached photo). Also, by that time (March, 2023) nobody had come by to remove the plastic on the motion light. Over the next 5-6 months, I monitored All Pro Paintings Facebook Page, and they had made several posts about new jobs that they had taken on and finished and new upcoming contracts that were going to be taking on, meanwhile my job sat unfinished and paid for. Finally in September 2023, Will had contacted me and said they were almost ready to come finish the â touch up and flashing on my job (by then nobody had come by to remove the plastic from my motion lights). I explained to him that here was a lot more than a little touch up that needed to be done. Will got extremely defensive and aggressive, accused me of being confrontational, and said if I mentioned it again he was going to call off the job off and be done with it (see text in attached photo). Basically, he stated that if I asked him about it again he was not going to finish the job, even though I had already paid the balance in full. Take the money and run The crew finally arrived on September 7th 2023 (11 months after paying the balance in full), and finished the job. Afterwards Will sent me a text (see attached) and stated that they had to stain over half of the house and repaint all of the garage door. A lot more than some touch up and a some flashing , as I tried to explain to Will, when he threatened to call the job off. After the job was completed, there was never any kind of apology or explanation from All Pro Painting. This was the single worst business transaction I have ever had. This company lacks professionalism and quality to every extent. I would not recommend this company to anyone, as I would not want anyone to experience what I went through with All Pro painting.
