I called All pro to come out and replace the faucets/valves for my clothes washer. The cost of the faucet/valve is $10 at best, however All Pro's agent charged me $500 and told me he was doing me a favor by not charging me a "service charge". He signed me up for some some form of service contract, which I did not ask for and am not even certain what, if anything, it covers. I tried calling their office today and asked to speak with someone in charge. I was told that Maria was that person and that she was in a zoom meeting and that she would call me back. That was more than an hour and a half ago and still no return call. It is my opinion that they took advantage of an elderly woman. My suggestion, go elsewhere!

I had a electrical issue caused by an inexperienced sloppy contractor, All-Pro came in and found the issue, corrected it, and installed the junction boxes the way they are supposed to be installed.
