Ryan from All Pro Plumbing came out and looked at my sink an made a diagnosis and then installed a new faucet for me! All pro would not provide a quote to snake and water jet a kitchen sink when I called them stating their technician would assess it onsite. When they arrived they quoted their known standard price for this of $1,500 for the service. I was in a bind and moved forward, but this felt VERY predatory and dishonest. When I asked the technician about this, he said he didn't know why they were so much more expensive than everyone else and then offered to do it off the books over the weekend; I declined. When the issue returned a couple of days later, they refused to provide any kind of warranty to come back out. I've since gone with another significantly less expensive company that provides a 6 month warranty for drain cleaning services.

Not every plumbing job goes according to plan. The owner Travis really worked with us to create options, discuss alternatives, and work to create a solution that worked for us. He has great integrity and is committed to making sure the customer experience is first rate. This is not easily said when other contractors would not honor their commitments and have burned us before. We really appreciated working with Travis.
