I never got to actual appointment, my review is my experience just scheduling the appointment. The warranty company hired this company not me. They gave an arrival time between 11am and 3pm, and then at almost 9pm on a Sunday night this company calls to tell me they are coming between 8am-10am. Not an apology, not a request nor acknowledgement of the previous appointment. And then when I expressed that was not feasible because kids had to go to school, and no one would be there, this WOMAN, who claimed to be the manager, which is sad if that's the caliber of management they have, told me... "It's YOUR JOB and our job, to confirm an appointment. I have had the same warranty company on numerous homes and never once have I had to contact a vendor in advance to confirm the appt already scheduled. They obviously have a staff/scheduling/mgmt issue, think wanna bully ppl into accepting, their last min changes! The wreaks incompetence! I would never trust them on any of my properties!

Servicer called before hand and was on time. They cleaned up after themselves and the service was very quick even though my hot water heater was on the 2nd floor of my home. I thought they would be there for hours and it only took about 35 minutes.
