Did a great job but had trouble keeping to the starting schedule he set. When a small leak appeared after the job was completed, a single call to his voicemail at 9:00 pm brought a service rep early the following morning and a swift repair.

Richard did a great job for a fair price. He not only fixed what we asked but helped us understand and correct long term problems. He then gave addirional DIY repair ideas that have made the system work even better. His explanations were commonsensical and clear. Other big name pool companies left things incomplete or worse; All Pro left them better.

No show, no call the day of appointment. Two days later we have 2 pool repair people at my home. They did a reasonable job replacing the pump moter, but just left wires, connecters and the moter and facing in the yard. Not the best of clean up.

"Welcome to Dallas and summer where all pool Co's are 2-3 weeks behind, but yet we give Service Magic customers 1-2 days service. Some people would be unhappy with 1-2 Hours, it's true. It's required to leave old parts in most cities, shows we did the work. And the "No Show" In Texas when it RAINS it's understood we will not be there playing in the "ELECTRICITY""

The work on my pool was done in TX, but I currently live in CA. Mr. Allen was very helpful with making all the repairs and he also made it easy for me to do this from a few states away

He was late over 1 hour from scheduled appointment time He did not call to tell consumer that the repair would be 3x the estimated amount eventhough the homeowner detailed the problem over the telephone and asked to be called if it were going to be more. $85.00 vs $250.00 He found 2 more supposed leaks while leaning on external nonsupported PVC pipes as he is a large man #300 He was obnoxious and threatened legal action when attempting to talk about tfhe bill as he could not justify why he did not call for the new estimated amount-He spoke with the homeowner via cell phone twice and not once mentioned the final amount until asked

"I arrived there was a hole where the husband had been digging 2 foot deep, a major pipe broken. I dug 2 feet by 12 feet to expose a 4 foot crack in a pipe under another pipe and at this point it was pointless not to repair the pipe, so I made the repair. It should have cost $400 but her husband started the repair, I billed $250. She said no OK ,NO PAY ! I did her a good service, She paided nothing"

"We talked on the phone and he wanted to know the exact price before I go to his home, I cant do that without seeing his problem. He thought he needed a new motor and other work adding up to around $500, but it wasn't that bad and I fixed it for $200. Total different problem than we talked about and the charge was different as well, I don't get it?"

He performed the work as agreed, in the appropriate time frame, and made good on his promise to repair damage to my neighbor's sprinkler system. We are pleased with the job.

"The"work" was removing a 28,000 gal gunite swimming pool in 2 days !!!then bringing in 10 loads of dirt to make a new lawn, but these people never complained, good people !"

Contractor showed up in time and did an excellent job with the acid wash of my swimming pool, no doubt about it. However, and this is a big however, he came with a worker who at the end of the work, asked to use the restroom and took a shower! This was gross and completely inappropriate! When my husband and I told contractor, he revealed he did not even know the man's name! When I invite a professional into my house to do some work, I expect that the workers he takes along are known to him and screened in some fashion. Despite the fact that my swimming pool is now clean I cannot in good conscience reccomend a service which exposes home owners to unscreened workers.

Richard Allen is a nice man, however, he is extremely unprofessional, and unreliable. We didn't know when he would show up and when he wouldn't. He does not have a day timer to keep appointments, and said if he had one of those, he would be organized. He said to call him and give him an hours notice rather then writing down and confirming an appointment. He quoted one price and then billed us about $300 more.

Richard was honest, proactive to solve my problem, and didn't try to sell me something I didn't need. He fixed my heater while everyone else was willing to sell me a new heater. I have asked him to come back to do some more work on my pool.

I could not be more impressed with your service. It was Saturday and I could not get anyone to work on my pool. I had a pool party planned for Sunday so I called information for a local pool company. While I was on hold for the number, a commercial for your service came on asking me to press 1 to b e connected to a pool repair company. I took down the number I called for, and pressed 1 for your service. Richard Allan called me and told me he would be there to fix my pool in 45 minutes. He arrived on time and fixed my pool in about 15 minutes. I am sold on you and him.

Mr. Allen responded to my call almost immediately. He was able to fix the problem the same day. Mr. Allen was also very helpful in giving me routine maintenance information that would prevent the problem from returning. I am very please with Mr. Allen and I plan to use him for all of my pool repairs in the future. Thank you for having him contact me, I am very happy with the end result!
