Eric was not only professional, but he is a perfectionist! If you want a job well done, with an affordable price point, you want ALL AMERICAN POWER WASHING! My roof looked horrible. We were trying to sell our home, and those interested would say " What is that black stuff on your roof?, Do you need a new roof?" We didn't need a new roof, we just needed a professional like Eric, to take off the black mildew that grew on the northside of our roof. I highly recommend ALL AMERICAN POWER WASHING! He is great at cleaning concrete, gutters and even windows! Thank you Eric, for being so thorough and meticulous on making sure I was happy with the job completed. 10 Stars!!!

I have a steep pitch two story home and Eric put in the extra time and attention to make sure the gutters and downspouts were sparkling. I am very pleased and will contract him again. All American does a great job at a fair price.
