We really appreciate all the hard work Wes and his team put into redoing our bathroom. The project ended up being more work than we all expected but they got it done extremely fast and we are very happy with our final product.

Wes and his team came in two days after our handshake and started the project. Very professional!!! And his team knocked the project out of the ballpark and exceeded our expectations. Beautiful craftsmanship and attention to detail.

I hired All Pro Remodeling LLC on 02/05/2026 to construct a back porch/deck at my home. Immediately after entering into the agreement and prior to any work starting, I specifically asked whether a permit was required. I was explicitly told that no permit was necessary, and I relied on that representation in allowing the project to proceed. The structure being built is approximately 14x6 and about 46 inches high. After work began, I contacted the City of Hammond and was informed that: - A permit is required for this type of structure - The contractor must obtain the permit before starting work - The contractor is not licensed to perform this work or obtain permits in the City of Hammond On 04/27/2026, a City of Hammond Building Inspector came to my property, inspected the work, issued a fine, and posted a Stop Work Order due to failure to obtain the required building permit. The notice states that no further work can be completed until a permit is obtained. Despite this, the contractor: - Began work without a permit - Provided incorrect information regarding permit requirements - Instructed me to obtain the permit myself - Told me not to include their company name in the permit process In recent communication, the contractor has continued to refuse responsibility for obtaining the permit and has repeatedly stated that I must obtain it myself, despite the City of Hammond confirming that this is not permitted when a contractor is performing the work. The contractor has also stated that they cannot take the permit, further confirming their inability or refusal to comply with local requirements. As a result, the work is not compliant with city code and cannot legally proceed. Additionally, I am currently unable to refinance my home under FHA guidelines due to this unpermitted and non-compliant construction, which has caused financial harm. To date, I have paid $2,800 toward this project.

They did a good job really looks good I'm happy with the work.

They did a good job on my deck, allways on time,,and finished when they said they would , and the workers were great, and very kind.

Excellent work! we had a 20 year old deck that was deteriorating, All Pro and their crew did some great work to restore our deck. Definitely recommend!

BEWARE! Wes showed up at the house and I showed him the job - pool deck. He asked about other estimates, and how much it was ($17,000). Unfortunately, I told him and said I thought it was too high for a pool deck. I showed Wes the existing deck, and told him everything l wanted done; handrails to match the house porch, bottom enclosed with an access door. He wrote an estimate out for $14,000, but it didn't specifically include enclosing the deck, it just said,"Tear down old deck, replace with new deck of composite wood, and aluminum railings". I thought enclosing the deck was included in "replace with new deck". It was not. During construction, I was asked if I wanted the deck enclosed. I told him it was included. He told me it was not included. I stated we DID talk about it, he told me he didn't remember that, and charged $2850 for it. He used plywood he painted, not composite wood. The railings don't match the porch railings. The cost ended up more than the estimate given.

Extremely overpriced the project should cost $3,000 instead it cost me $4,500.
