Spent alot of money to have septic pump replaced after Harvey storm. Other company could pump out tanks but could not replace pump. These guys could.

They did a good job and had to search for the tank and field pipes , my only criticism would be if you are going to dig in a garden then why not lift the grass as a sod , as it would be easy to replace after and would leave a neater ,faster healing job .

When they got the septic pumped, they said I needed the lines cleaned and it would be about a $3000 to $4000 cost. I told them there was no way I could afford that. So then he said he spoke to his boss and he would do it for $2500. I talked to my husband and he said no, that we could get new lines in for about $800, so all of a sudden a $3000 job could be done for $800. I went ahead and said ok (should not have) and all they did was take a high pressure hose and run it in the exit line of the septic. It took them about 20 to 30 minutes. I can't justify $800, must less $3000.

The guys who did the work where great. Then the boss shows up to watch them. Now I see why it was so expensive. They left cigarette butts in the yard.

They were at my house within an hour of calling them! They took care of my problem on quick and efficient manner and were very coutteous and professional. I did think they were a bit pricey but not by much. I must say considering i didnt have to rearrange my schedule, at all, i absolutely got my moneys worth. I would highly recommend them

Scheduled 8am appt. no show OR call by 8:30. I called and was told by dispatcher she would call back with update. Blamed prob on excessive workload from prior day and that crew had to make stop before coming except even though they had my contact info, no one called to alert me. Crew showed up at 1pm finally. Pricing requested and agreed and performed well. Recommend company have better follow through with customer when problem meeting expectation occurs

Stay away from this company, they set you up for unnecessary work buy pollking holes in the sewer line so it leaks; they want to dig up the area and replace with new pipe; big bucks $$$. Sent a half full truck to pump out a septic tank when I told them it was a very large tank, made two more trips, more money. Left lid off septic tank, only pumped out one tank of two... still can't use system... very bad job. Still need to fix leaks in pipes that they punctured.

Stay away, clean out was quoted at $195; they cleaned me out: spent most of the time looking for the sewer line, did a so called turbo line wash out @ $6.00/ft or $600 for a 100 ft, find another company, left heavy steel plate off on tank, etc. system still won't work, they wanted more money, like $4500... bad job.

They were very late and did not call for 3 hours. The phone had no ability to leave a message. I have 2 tanks but they did not both require pumping but they still charged us for 2.
