No work was done today yet they want to charge me $92. Additionally, the appointment was set up over 20 days ago. Never have I had a company just call and say they are minutes from the property and never sent a reminder. When I ask, the lady tells me they have over 200 or 2000 customers so cannot do reminders and that I did not ask for a reminder. The units are Airbnbs, I try to be courteous to my guests by announcing when I am coming to the property. Additionally, with blow out, the water will need to be shut-off temporarily, I cannot just do that last minute without notice. Furthermore, the initial appointment was for 3pm â 5pm but the guy shows up just after 12noon and now you want to charge me? And for what exactly as no work has been done. Even if I was to keep the 3pm â 5pm, I will not coz the lack of customer service is disturbing and then to try to charge me for no work is even worse. Reminders are easy to set up as a business. I do not know any business that does not do them in this day and age. Even an outlook or google calendar will set up reminders. Come on All Pro Sprinklers, this is no excuse and should be an opportunity for you to do better. I will NOT be using this company and would rather find another company that will not be this disorganized and then act like asking for a reminder is a â special request.â

WOW, WOW, WOW!!!! Chris and the entire All Pro team were beyond amazing! They installed a brand new sprinkler system in my front and back yard, connected the water pipes from the water line inside the house, and they did a FANTASTIC job with everything. I could not be happier! They left everything clean and perfect, and the cuts in the yard where they installed all of the pipes were barely noticeable. They did SUCH a wonderful job. I would call them to come back anytime I need sprinkler help. I cannot speak highly enough about the wonderful work they all did. 5 STARS!!!!

We received great service, the owner was prompt getting out to us. Prompt, efficient, and cost effective! Chris the owner came out, he was just fantastic. They have honesty and integrity. I would recommend them to anybody.

This is a smaller company with employees that are skilled and enthused about their work. Iâ m not sure about the cost, because two of the four companies we contacted failed to produce a bid. Our sprinkler system was old and riddled with holes and leaks. The crew came in with the right equipment and number of workers to do the job in 2 days. Our home is old, so I was impressed with their skill in creating workarounds for some difficult and unexpected problems. My only complaint is that the cleanup was less than satisfactory. At the end of the first day, there was mud on the front sidewalk and walkway, which created some very dirty shoes when we entered or exited our home. After the the work was completed, again they left without adequate clean up. We had to do it ourselves, and shouldnâ t have had to make a special request for this basic service.
