They came out first thing Christmas eve morning to replace the springs that broke. Said they were concerned I could not get my car out of the Garage for Christmas. Top notch service. I highly recommend.

The gentleman was very nice, but was not able to make needed repairs and within 2 days the garage door did not operate at all. We had to call a different company to make the repairs.

The owner Darren was professional, very personable, had excellent customer relations skills, knowledgeable and patiently took time to answer my numerous questions. He also had me send photos of areas in question to ensure the advice he provided was accurate. I selected his bid from two others because he provided the best cost and value and made sure to describe everything his bid entailed. There were no additional charges for parts and I paid the exact amount he quoted. On the day of the job, he arrived at the time he promised and completed the work in the time frame he had stated during his bid. He had quality workmanship and was detail oriented. The job was a complete replacement of my garage door springs and the installation of a new garage door opener. Before leaving he ensured I was pleased with his work and showed me how to program my remotes , including the external wireless keypad. He demonstrated experience and a good working knowledge when responding to my various questions during the repairs and installation of the new garage door motor. It's not very often you can find a professional repair person who will take the time to educate his customer to ensure a completely satisfied customer and who will make a customer feel at ease with their choice in hiring this specific company.

The technician that arrived was incredibly professional, personable and knowledgeable. He immediately set out to fix our problem and reassured my husband and I that he could take care of everything and he did. He was great!!!

THE INSTALLER RAN INTO A BIT OF TROUBLE THAT HE SAID HE HAD NEVER FACED BEFORE BUT HE STAYED WITH THE PROJECT UNTIL IT WAS FINISHED AND I COMMENDED HIM FOR DOING SO.
