They installed a gas line to my kitchen for a gas stove. The cheapest way to run the gas line was on the outside of my home since my basement is finished. This required a hole to be drilled through the exterior wall into the kitchen, which I was fine with. Only problem was they measured wrong and drilled through the wall in the wrong place twice. So now I have two extra holes in my kitchen wall. They patched the holes with clear silicone so I think there will not be any leaks. They did get the job done and everything works fine now. The technicians were all friendly.

I had them install a new furnace and A/C unit in December 2020. They did amazing work then. They have my trust! They explained my new tankless water heater to me so I understood how it works.

They were very prompt and professional, and if you have a problem that needs to be done quickly where price is not a major concern, I would highly recommend them. However, they charged me about $350 to replace a part that can be purchased for about $20 and is easy to replace (if you know what is wrong). I appreciate that the service call and diagnosis are valuable, and that the company has to make money, but $350 seems excessive to me.

He was supposed to bring me a filter. I never received it. he also told me that I needed a better filter. I was told at a famous home appliance store that the best filter will restrict airflow, and my furnace will have to work harder. The store and a furnace repair guy told me if we do not have any allergies, or pets that shed, or smokers, that the #4 filter would be the best. I also had repair guys come service my furnace and oil some things, this company did not oil anything.

First company that responded to my request for analyzing my furnace problems. Excellent response time. Technician came and went through the trouble light and did a little looking around the unit then emphatically stated my Control Board was shot. He provided an estimate for repair from $1300 to $1700, depending on service warranty. I stated for that amount of money what would a complete replacement cost, thinking the unit is at the end of its service life (14 yr old Bryant)? He provided me an estimate for a Rheem running from $4K to $7K again depending on unit and warranty. That blew me away, so I arranged for a second opinion. The 2nd tech came and found some debris was across a high pressure valve, cleaned it off and everything works just fine now! I have to wonder if the first Tech was a Con man or just didn't have the skill to properly diagnose. At any rate, I will NOT be calling or recommending All Purpose Air again!
