If you are in the Colorado Springs area, please avoid this contractor. This contractor performed minimal services (placing ice & water tar paper on the roof structure ) for a new structure roof, but charged more than twice the rate. After half of the estimated job quote of placing a new seamed metal roof on a structure was paid to the contractor, the contractor breached the contract 5 months later without cause and will not provide the money owed. Even after the breach of contract, the contractor sent a invoice indicating an overpayment was made - but has not yet paid this amount. The work performed had to be removed by another contractor due to being weather damaged (ie. 4 months exposed to the elements), which was additional out of pocket cost. We have had to take legal action to receive the funds owed. I would suggest not putting yourself through this level of headache and find a different roofing contractor altogether.

They installed new gutters, with professionalism and excellent quality. They were On time, Cleaned up afterwards and sent pictures to make sure we are happy before leaving. We would highly recommend All Purpose Roofing and Gutters.
