Project: Hire a Handyman
I have hired handyman work before, but Justin is definitely the best. High quality work at a very fair price! We needed work done right away during a season which is very busy, and Justin managed to fit us into his schedule for multiple small projects. He is a person who goes the extra mile to please the customer. Very respectful as well. I would highly recommend him!

All Reign Construction is our go-to on both residential and commercial rehab and general construction work. They have strong customer orientation and communication skills. All Reign has worked with us on large-scale framing, door/window installation, custom/industry-specific equipment installation, high-end concrete work and much more; all with spectacular quality, on time and within budget. I have and will continue to recommend them to anyone looking for high-quality construction work.

Justin did a bathroom remodel and retiled/reframed a fireplace mantel. I have worked with countless contractors over the years, and Justin and his crew are hands down at the very top of the list. The quality, efficiency and integrity were remarkable, not to mention the solid, fun and delightful person that Justin is. I can't wait to think of more projects so I can hire him again. I trust him without exception. What a delight.
Response by All Reign Construction, LLC: Sarah, the pleasure was all ours! Thank you for letting us serve you. I very much look forward to the next project.

All Reign Construction showed through their work they were competent and capable enough to do the job, but the issues with timing and adhering to the contract and listening to the request of the client became a stumbling block. They became overdrawn on time as a result, and attempting to rush to completion. They did not allow or discuss with the client the choice of the materials used. The better solution would have to let the client pick out the color and materials prior to beginning the work. When the project became overdrawn All Reign requested for client to leave keys and access to the house. When the client declined to leave their home vulnerable, All Reign replied other clients leave them keys and after hour access to their homes. The client said no we are not other customers, this is our home and we do not feel comfortable being vulnerable to theft. When it came to proper thickness to reduce flashing on the greenboard above the shower the contractor attempted to apply another coat of paint, however the homeowner insisted on using the Kilz brand instead of Behr. The contractor still wanted to use the Behr brand instead of the proper one the homeowner wanted. The backsplash around the sink did not match. The contractor said as a result said it matched and could not find the materials to make it match the client's request even if he tried. The homeowners said in the contract what the backsplash was specified to match. After reviewing the contract the contractor was reluctant but miraculously somehow found the matching backsplash as per the contract two weeks after the project was expected to finish. The finished results were mixed and varied at best. The primary worker took time off of the job instead of focusing on the work, one out of many small issues when it came to completing on time. The light bar installed was off center and when requested to center it the contractor protested again and again. When it came to specific hours that the client requested work could not be done, the contractor argued and made it difficult for work around his schedule, often staying so long that at one point late into the night he was asked to please leave. Contractor threatened to financial penalize the client if the client wanted any changes made to the contract, however if the contractor made any changes he felt at liberty to not tell the client, and did not think he was at all accountable. When it came to fishing in an electrical line he would not call an electrician to complete that portion of the job. As as result there is a noticeable permanent patchwork in the drywall. No warranty with his work, and continued requests for receipts have been denied. The final walk through as per usual All Reign did not want to do, they wanted the final payment before hand. Issues persisted following the completion of the job, plumbing under the sink had twisted tubes, causing the bathroom sink hot water pressure to be lessened. Whe
Response by All Reign Construction, LLC: Howard, we are truly sorry to hear that you feel this way about the project. All of the issues that you have mentioned were discussed, explained, and pre-approved prior to completing the project and receiving final payment. While we did make multiple attempts at our own cost to provide you with an exemplary experience, it saddens us that you feel frustrated enough to still publish such negative feedback. We do understand that it is your right and we still greatly appreciate the opportunity to serve you.

This was an outstanding experience. Isaac was a friendly, professional, knowledgeable, and hard working individual who did his absolute best to not only install all of our doors but took some time to assist us in other ways during our remodeling experience. I highly recommend this company.

Good people keen on providing an excellent service. I have difficulty trusting service professionals, but Justin and Eric are now family. It is so refreshing to work with a company that just wants to do the job well, not take advantage of me. I will unquestionably be doing business with them in the future.

Justin and Eric went above and beyond to make my experience positive, from the decision making to the finished work itself. The new flooring turned out beautifully and I couldn't be happier. This is the best experience I've had with a contractor on a project (I've done quite a few in & around my home in the last two years) and the only company I would recommend again.
