All Repair Handyman

My wife and I own a manufactured housing park. Last year we put in 20 new homes and Daniel did all of the interior work. When new homes come in, they require repair of sheet rock, trim, and adjustment of doors, etc. Beyond that, Daniel hung storm doors and additional lighting, including ceiling fans. Daniel is well organized and communicates his schedule. In my experience, Daniel provides quality work at a reasonable price. Overall, Daniel did an outstanding job for us.

Dan is easy to work with and very accommodating. I've both had him help me on some of my own jobs, as I have a handyman business myself, and had him do work for me. We built out a cabinet system for a van, a chicken coop, done several landscaping jobs, and did some simple furniture moving. Once he knows what to do he's off to the races. He doesn't like leaving things incomplete, is a tenacious problem solver, and keeps a steady pace. Wish he didn't leave California so I could keep working with him. It's hard to find good help. Ohio you're lucky to hav him.
