All Right Custom Flooring

After years of trusty service to a home full of kids and pets, it was time to replace the carpet and update the flooring in our home. After researching and shopping around for a few months on materials and contractors to do the job, we chose All Right Custom Flooring. We are very happy with our choice. From planning and estimates, availability of options, keeping a schedule, all the way to the final result, our experience was a positive one. It was a good-sized project, updating ~1500 sq ft with LVT and carpet. Our installers, Lenny & Jake did a good job in keeping a clean jobsite, and helping us keep our house liveable throughout the timeline. This was important to us with us being in the home during the entire project. Most important was the communication with the project team: Any remod can come with its share of surprises that can change the dynamics and costs of a job, and I sense Lenny & Jake had seen many of them: In all interactions, they were clear in their communication, friendly, solution-oriented, and helpful in their explanations to people like us who do not have a whole lot of experience to lean on in a major flooring project.

Lenny was very easy to work with and accommodating. We had a small job, but he quickly fit us right in to his schedule. We appreciated his attention to detail. The end result was amazing; he did a great job.

Lenny and his son installed carpet for us while we were in Boston prior to our relocation amongst the COVID-19 constraints. Worked to get us the right carpet from the supplier and even shipped us samples and helped us choice the right one. They were meticulous and kept us informed via video at all junctures. Excellent service. Arrived on time as promised. Moved all furniture. They went above and beyond since I am handicapped and could not help. Work was completed much earlier than I expected and everything was put back in order and then they vacuumed the carpet before leaving. Lenny and Jake are professionals and I highly recommend them.

Lenny and Jake did an excellent job and helped recommend the perfect carpet for our home! They showed up on time every steps of the way from the initial quote to each part of the install. They even fixed a bubble in older carpet in our basement at no additional charge. I will absolutely call them again for any flooring/carpet needs and would highly recommend them!
