Very prompt on delivery and installation. Sent one of their own lead techs to inspect to assure quality installations and answer my questions before the local inspector came out. Has a lifetime warranty on compressor! Very pleased!

From sales, install and inspection, everything went very smoothly. I have choosen the right contractor for my new furnace and ac. Everybody at All Right Heating are very professional and friendly. I choose the Amana furnace/AC and am very pleased with the quietness and efficiency of the units. I would highly recommend contractor and equitment. GREAT JOB EVERYONE!!!!

THESE FOLKS WERE GREAT IN EXPLAINING CLEARLY WHAT WAS GOING TO HAPPEN AND WALKED ME THRU THE WHOLE PROCESS. I'VE NEVER HAD A CENTRAL HEAT/AIR UNIT BEFORE SO IT IS ALL NEW TO ME. I FEEL LIKE THE PRICE,WARRANTY,AND COURTEOUS WAY THEY ARE MAKES THEM A GRET CHOICE NOT TO MENTION THAT I FELT LIKE I WAS TREATED WITH HONESTY. I GIVE 'EM 2 THUMBS UP...WAY UP!!!

My technician from All Right was efficient, knowledgable, and answered questions I had about my unit. He spent approximately 45 minutes inspecting my unit and under the house inspecting that equipment too. He told me that everything looked like it was in good working condition. He will be back out approximately April, 2011.

As the other reviews stated,they came out the same day I called them.The repair guy,Jason was polite,prompt and very sweet. He answered all my questions and didn't make me feel "in the way".He took time to explain possible causes.He didnt just add freon and leave like all the rest.He took the time to find the source of my problem which was dirty coils in the outside unit causing the freon charge to keep rising .He cleaned everything good,added freon then came back the next morning as he promised to replace a broken condensate pump.He gave me the option to purchase a service membership with NO pressure which brought my repair cost way down.

Our heat pump fan broke down only five months after having another business service it for a bill of several hundred dollars. We decided to try Service Magic, and we were very pleased with the service from All Right Heating and Cooling, Inc. The technician was personable and arrived on time for the scheduled appointment. He went beyond just fixing our fan and gave us the solution to prevent future problems, something the other business had not done for us. He also checked the freon to make sure the level was correct. We have been very cool, comfortable and satisfied customers ever since his service call.

The rep. from this company showed up on time, gave me two estimates and was very helpful. After I considered his estimate along with others I gave this company the job. The workers showed up on time and were very helpful explaining the work as they were doing it. Nice installation guys. The defrost sensor took a few days longer than expected to arrive, which I can understand. But then it took an additional week to get them to come back out and install it. No calls to advise when it would be installed, either.

Furnace / Forced Air Heating System Install or Replace
Problem was quickly determined to be trash in the pressure switch tube. Daniel removed the trash and the unit worked perfectly. This was a really nice change from the " parts changer " mentality of other repair companies.
