I had to get a new key fob case for my keys because the screws came out of it . I ask them to get them to switch it out. They tried to tell me that i had to get a whole new key fob and reprogramed. Bought a couple new key fobs cases for under $20. Replaced them myself took me 20 mins and no reprogramming. Dont trust this company with being honest,
