"Our prices are very competitive and are current market value that is why we are highly sought after in the home improvement industry. Anthony, is not familiar with reading professional and detailed proposals because he is a handyman and told me he does most of the work himself therefore his experience in dealing with a professional company is minimal. Upon signing the contract and receiving the deposit we performed demolition of the entire two bedroom apartment on the third floor, installed framing for custom closets, walls, bedroom doors, plumbing, and electrical in less than two weeks currently awaiting rough inspection from building dept. Furthermore, we also have to contend with rodents while working putting my entire workforce at risk. This is another matter that I brought to his attention recommending a pest control company because the building is infested. Yet my crew showed up everyday in spite of intolerable work conditions which shows our commitment to his project. Anthony, has multiple problems in the apartment building that is in desperate need of repair that is why he hired us for the unit currently under contract because it is old outdated and he could not rent it out. This client had problems prior to contracting with us that we brought to his attention once we started the project Anthony, began to say we caused the damaged and filed an insurance claim which has nothing to do with our agreement. Additionally, we have all required permits from electrical, building, plumbing, and fire sub code. Our company unlike many others consist of a full-time master plumber, electrician, and HVAC personnel. This homeowner is very rude and disrespectful to my entire staff daily he lacks the ability to properly communicate uses profanity all the time and yet we still are professional and deliver on our promises according to contract this is clearly why he hired us. While we do appreciate Anthony, providing this review it is very unfortunate that he feels this way. However, we are very serious about what we do and operate with the highest level of integrity, care and concern on all projects regardless of size. Our track record is proven throughout New Jersey for providing quality renovations for all areas of the home interior and exterior which will continue for years to come. Anthony, also forgot to mention that we repaired his broken boiler at no charge when it failed in frigid temperatures to keep his tenants warm and prevent further damage. Nevertheless, we appreciate his business and look forward to building a healthy long lasting relationship even in the face of adversity."

"This review is totally false and unfounded. A year and half ago and they are just making mention of this. Clearly they have the wrong company. Our reviews speak for themselves of the quality workmanship we produce on every project large or small. I encourage whomever this is to find the correct company and speak with them about the poor quality of work."
