All Season Decks

My deck was slapped together in 8 hours it was a demolition and rebuild of larger 2nd story composite deck. The saw was obviously dull as many of my cuts still have rough edges. My deck was reviewed by a local lumber composite co and many errors were made. Missing lag bolts missing deck screws, screws used were not even uniform, shottylumber cracked and missing huge gouges in large posts, my siding was cut into and now looks like crap as the cut was not square. Had my finished job reviewed again by 2 other deck builders the cantor on the deck was bad so water would run towards house not off deck. When I had them come back to go over repairs required they argued with me and fixed some items but not all. Not even 2 years later my 2nd story deck vibrates when little me walks on it. Yet I was charged extra for a smaller landing than was originally bidded. So I am not a happy customer as I will now have to have someone else come fix the stability issues.

Jason has his business wired. So efficient and so flexible. So easy to work with. Provides good options and details about every part of the project. After talking with him and deciding on options, I knew that the project would work out fantastically and it has. He and his workers are a joy to work with and are very talented. We replaced a huge near 20 yo cedar deck with multiple planters, lots of benches, bars and lights. Per our desire, they replaced the deck as was exactly, using Trex. We will also be replacing our hot tub which when ready they will assist in placing it and providing an access port for the equipment. Nothing they can't do. Highly recommended.

They continually did not show up when they were supposed to be here. Cancelled at the last minute several times. Had to have them come back several times because of their incomplete or shoddy work. Had a crappy attitude at times.

My project was just completed last night. So will take time to verify the quality and durablitiy at this point...but it looks good this morning! I think my problem is that I live in the past and it was a lot of money for me but it is 2013 and not 20 years ago for the cost factor and for what you get for it these days. None the less, I would recommend Jason and his crew ABSOLUTELY! They work with you and for you and enjoyed them very much. My stars should be higher for the project but the deck is only less than 24 hrs. old!! That will take time to tell. But thank you Jason and crew for building my deck..it was a great day!

All Season Decks was not the low bidder but had a much more professional bid with all the details listed and a 5 yr warranty included. The work was done a week earlier than the original start date due to a postponement from another client. The project was completed in one day and is everythng the bid promised. It is a beautiful deck and very solid craftmanship. I would and have recommended this company to anyone.

Love, love, love my new deck and Jason provided exceptional customer service. He was helpful from beginning to end by providing me with options for design and costs. I stayed within my budget and his crew delivered within the stated timeline. I would hire them again.

Jason made each step of the process very easy for my wife and me. He and his crew Matt and Chris, were professional, curteous, communicated well with us, and paid attention to all details of the project from start to finish. Jason was present everyday to monitor the progress of the project. And on the last day of the project, Chris was too sick to come to work, and Jason showed up and finished the project with Matt in torrential rain. Jason, like Mike Holmes from "Holmes on Homes" believes in getting the project right the first time. Now we have a beautiful Azek deck that will last my wife and me for the rest of our lives. All Season Decks did a very good job for me, couple hiccups concerning city of Everett inspectors and schedule delays, but all in all, good job by a good company! I was also very pleased with the Service Magic referral service!!

Jason was easy to work with when he was here. Graham (carpenter) on the other hand was very hard to talk to and made many errors. Some of the mistakes were caught by us and he changed them. But a lot of things he did wrong went unnoticed and we will just have to live with them. What was supposed to be a one week job turned out two be over two weeks, because of all the do-overs !

With All Season Decks, plans were consistent, changes were easy to make to existing plans, construction was completed extremely fast and efficiently. 5 Year Warranty on workmanship also adds to the list of excellent things to say about All Season Decks. My entire family and I recommend All Season Decks for whatever you may need, especially a deck!

Jason was very responsive to a few changes I had after the initial estimate. He made the changes without any additional costs. Graham is a great carpenter. He arrived on time each day and seemed to never take a break. If he saw something that just didn't seem right he would ask if this or that would be ok with the installation. He never just did it without permission. I was always notified the night before what time they would be arriving the next day and they were always here on time--Never late like some professionals I have hired in the past. The work was done on time and on budget with no hassles. I would recommend this company to all.

They did an outstanding job. They were prompt. They worked until dark each day and finished in just three days. They were also personable and helpful. Jason and his men were knowledgeable. They were very professional and met the deck needs I had for handicapped ramps that looked aesthetically pleasing. Overall a great job.
