All Seasons Siding was hired by the seller of our house to put a new roof on. The roof they put on was missing so many parts (fascia, drip edge) that it resulted in gallons of water entering our home through our roof during 2 very big storms. Their work held up for less than 18 months and resulted in thousands of dollars of damage to our home in emergency repairs. They have been unwilling to make this right by us and we have paid more in repairs than what was paid for the whole roof.

James came to my house and told said they coudn't do the job of placing siding around windows and trim. He said they wouldn't be able to match the siding that exists. They way they would do it would leave a gap between the windw trim and the siding. They had to tear the wood out fro around the windows. I found someone through my church that said the job was do able and I hired him to do the job. He will be placing aluminum coil on top of wood around window and trim.

I had a number of contractors come out to give me an estimate but All Season not only gave me an acceptable rate but also made me feel comfortable with the knowledge and quality of workmanship I would be receiving.

James showed up when he said he would for the inspection and estimate. He then arrived when he said to perform the work. The work was done completely, very satisfactorily, and efficiently. After it was completed he took me around for me to inspect the job and to register my satisfaction. This was a small job. But based on the professional attention given to it, I would not hesitate to use this company for a large job.

I was unhappy with a few things. It took three total visits to fix a corner of my gutter. I am still not positive that this issue has been corrected and will be contacting the company during the next rainfall if it has not been fixed. When I called the second time to have the roofer stop out for the third time to fix this issue I never received a call back. I was never told if/when the roofer would be back to fix the issue and only found out that he had stopped by when a neighbor told me they saw someone on my roof. I still have never received a call to let me know that the issue had been worked on. I felt that the main roofer was n

James was extremely professional and explained everything as we went along. He pointing out areas that needed to be repaired or replaced before his crew did the work. His crew(s) completed the roofing job in ONE day and the siding job in ONE day. I had my new roof and new siding before the weekend was over and it was done with great quality and care. My wife and I have never been happier. I would recommend them to anyone looking to get some work done on their home.
