We searched for three years trying to find an experienced excavator willing to correct a drainage issue in a side yard. Ben was the only person willing to take on our challenge. Space within the work area was VERY tight. Ben and his co-worker, Wayne, were very careful to manuver the equipment in the work area avoiding telephone and cable lines, irrigation lines and sprinkler heads, a telephone pole with guywire, plus a small concrete pad with imbedded deck steps. While performing the work, Ben was very cooperative when asked to expand the job scope. All other work was performed as previously agreed upon. Drainage issue resolved!
