I had them replace the roof on my single story ranch, and 3 years after the rood install. A small leak presented in a skylight that had nothing to do with their original work. After one call, a short 30m onsite, a new skylight was installed at an exceptional price. Craig was incredibly patient in explaining the issue, and walking through the process and getting a fast replacement. Total time from first call to replacement - 6 days.
