"This person ,GEORGE, is completely out of his mind in writing such damaging words ! The man has MS and is very disoriented in his mind. 1st off .... Every contractor requests a deposit with a contract. Most other contractors in Large companies sometimes have a waiting time of 6 weeks before the customer's fence is installed . 2 weeks is my average time period for installations . Permits need to be secured , materials need to be fabricated or ordered from a supply house, other jobs may be ahead of this customer's job. 2 weeks is more than reasonable ! Please do not fall for this guys review The man is very sick in his mind due to the Multiple Sclerosis to say the least ."
"The quality of the workmanship was excellent. The wood panels purchased from Taylor Fence warped slightly ,not to our fault,and were replaced with straighter pickets at no expense to onwner. Taylor Fence ,like any other company, cannot guarantee wood products. it is a natural product. Not Manufactured. We did the best we could to satisfy this customer in a timely amnner. Still they seem to think it's my fault that their fence was warping. I advised them to contact Taylor Fence Company in Howell and complain to them about the wood quality. I have never ever had any complaints about my workmanship,,cleanliness,prompt service.,etc.,etc."
