Very nice overall experience with All Seasons HVAC. Quote came in at a normal price compared to others that were completely ridiculous. I will use them again.

Plumbing issue was more of a problem than first realized. Mike did an excellent job fixing it and getting the fixture to installed. Thanks!

Asked for a wheelchair accessible shower, but the contractor continued to try to take short cuts. To make it ADC, the shower dimension was 2 inches longer than the tub that was removed. This doubled the cost. When first installed it was installed on top of the existing floor tile, which raised the entry to 1.5-inch lip at the entrance making it impossible to push a wheelchair over it. I pointed this out, so they removed the tile and lowered the lip to .5 inch. Which is a little hard but the chair will go over it with help. I ask many times during the installation about water drainage and was told it would be okay. They did have a stick on a dam that could have been installed, but it would give issues taking a wheelchair over it. I found a copy of the shower literature which recommended an additional drain outside the shower, which I brought to their attention. During the finish work of the shower, the caulking job was a mess. ( they did return to redo it but said they had to return to finish) The finish work of the 2-inch extension was also done poorly. I did hire a person to install trim around the shower later, but due to the shoddy job made his work harder. At this point, I still do not have a drain at the lip of the shower and the cleanup work promised was not done. To address the still problematic lip will have a new floor install over the existing floor to raise the floor level to minimize the lip. Looks like I will have to pay someone else to install the proper drainage. Worst experience ever.
