All Seasons Movers

We paid them approx $600 to move 8 houses down the street, and they managed to break a dresser, a couch, a 50-inch smart TV, rip a mattress, and scratch two other dressers. The movers were incredibly unprofessional and at multiple points were screaming at each other in front of our apartment building. They also went over our quoted time - mostly due to the fact that they spent more time yelling at each other and standing around than actually moving out items. To *compensate* All Seasons refunded us $250 to cover the costs of all of our broken items - which does not even BEGIN to cover our replacement costs. I would not recommend this company to my worst enemy and will NEVER be using this company again.

I had several pieces of furniture to move from one location to another in the house. The guys worked hard and got everything moved within the estimated time. Nothing was damaged during the move. only one item couldn't be moved to the preferred area but this was a problem with narrow access not the movers...have to say they tried everything and every route possible to get it there.

I had to reschedule my move due to changes in the Closing Date for my townhouse. Kristy was very accommodating with my changes. Ramos, Papa & Mike did an excellent job protecting and moving all my things, especially my several houseplants! They were professional, knowledgeable and kind. I would definitely hire them again and recommend them for any move.

The gentlemen were prompt, courteous, professional and very hard working. I will recommend them and definitely use them again.

I loved them. Kristy answered all my questions beforehand. They arrived on time. The guys-Joe, Alex and Gabriel were fantastic. I was moving furniture from one household to another. I asked them to take items (sofa, mattress, exercise bike) from one place and put them in the alley. They did everything I asked efficiently and professionally. I recommend All Seasons Movers and will use them in the future.

I loved that Kristy followed up with me and answered all my questions. She was the only moving company that actually understood that I wasn't moving an entire home and needed pieces moved. The movers were cool and on time. They called and kept me informed.

This company is horrible. They destroyed the top of my dresser and night stands by piling boxes on top of them. Boxes marked fragile were smashed, an antique chest was gouged and scratched. China was broken, a box of crystal was missing, a cement patio bench was broken. Porcelain was broken as were imported items. Boxes marked fragile were boing carried in upside down and on its sides! They never reassembled my dining room set, kitchen set or recliners. They said I should have been watching them! Really? I needed to stand there in the middle of my move and babysit? They advertise as professionals. They did a two part move into a storage facility first. It was the final move where the trouble ensued. Some of the boxes they had brought from storage were smashed and caved in and clearly marked fragile. The kicker was when they tried to say that since I had access to the facility, we could have done the damage ourselves. Sure, I went in and piled my uncovered dressers with boxes and threw hoses and Rubbermaid containers on the very top of all my things! I tried at least twice to set a meeting for the owner to come out and look at the damages, but they cancelled both times. Finally I had enough and said I would get a lawyer. The lawyer said I didn't have 10k in damages so it wasn't worth it. That's when I contacted the Illinois Commerce Commission. They advised me to notify All Seasons by mail. Nice try. They wouldn't accept the letter. 3 times. (I have all copies, photos and emails as proof) Illinois Commerce Commission Police transportation division, case #16-0055. This will stay opened for the next three years if anyone is seeking their complaint history. I settled for $60 afforded me by the contract which calls for 30c per pound. My bedroom furniture will cost over $600 to refinish. It was a costly lesson learned and I should have looked on Review sights first. Don't ever use these people. Only two of the Movers spoke or understood English, so it's hard to communicate with them and the team leader actually told me to my face that my China, which was all laying on its side, was packed that way! When I asked them at the end of the day what to do about the damages, they just flippantly said to call the office the next day. No apology. What may seem like a cost effective move may end up costing you a fortune.

Overall I am very pleased with All Seasons Movers. My only complaint was that there were a few times going up the stairway at my office they hit the wall and I have a small gauge in one of my bookcases. I their defense, it was a narrow stairway and they had to make a sharp turn but I just wish they would have thought to protect the bookcase in case that happened. Other than that I am very satisfied with the entire process. I would use them again, but I would just keep tabs on the big pieces and be sure they are protected.

The customer service is great and the guys who came to move us were incredible. We had a lot of stuff and somehow they puzzled it all together and got it down to us. It took a little longer than the quote but we had more than expected and it took more time to stack the truck to get as much as possible. So that was fine. Moving blankets, wrap and tape cost a bit but is worth it. All our furniture came out without a mar. The guys put all the furniture into the rooms we wanted and put everything back together that was dismantled, like beds and desks. Overall very good.

This service was very good. Work quality is 4 stars because they forgot to deliver one item and had to return. But I'd definitely hire them again.

I appreciate the almost immediate email and telephone follow-up to my initial search. The movers arrived about an hour early for merchandise pick-up from a warehouse and delivery to my home - no warning, but it was okay for me. Two workers were courteous and took care to unload and arranged the furniture to my liking. Note: 3-hr. minimum (plus "tip" requested by the lead driver).

Workers very respectful. Handled everything with care. Our queen bed had to be disassembled which wasn't an easy task however, the worker was very pleasant and never complained. The cost is very reasonable. We had nothing broken which was amazing considering we packed everything ourselves and had approximately 20 boxes consisting of all glass items. Excellent job!

I cannot say enough about the crew that I had. They were prompt, professional, friendly, and very well organized. I would definitely hire them again and i highly recommend them.

I had a small move. However the team was professional friendly quick and efficient.

Overall, they did what they said they would do. I felt they were a little sloppy and could have been more thorough. I really did not like that they charged an extra $250 for "supplies". It was listed in the contract that there are supply costs, but it was excessive and somewhat of a surprise.
