Patrick came over late on a Saturday to replace a garage door opener and finished job after dark. (Job was not an emergency.) Said he would get it done as promised that day and is a man of his word. Did great work and took time to explain everything.

I had an irrigation issue in which I believed he over charged. $180 just to put a cap on a pvc pipe that was leaking. He quoted me a price of $180 should the issue be a busted pvc pipe. However, he discovered the issue was only a loose cap and still charged me $180. I would not hire him again.
Response by All Seasons Property Management Services, LLC: As with any service, there is a fixed cost associated and set by basic operational standards. As clearly stated in the comments above the cost of the services was stated bearing in mind that it would require a service truck to drive to his property to do whatever the job required in order to fix it. This was an underground issue not visible to the naked eye and required digging to find. like any artisan profession, there has to be a contract/agreement inlace before we can access let alone dig on any property. That said we had all that in place and proceeded to do what we were contracted to do " FIX THE PROBLEM ". However, in very recent times new homeowners who for some reason or another expect a free pass/meal because they fail to grasp the concept of homeownership and that it requires routine maintenance and it can't and won't be for free unless you try and do it for yourself. It is not fear to use social platforms to berate/tear down the companies and individuals that make their living from offering needed services because you have to pay to get basic things done. It might serve you to rent rather than own if you are not Handy. Many people have bearing orange trees in their backyards but there buy orange juice at Publix, Wal-mart etc. Does that make Wal-mart bad for selling whatever the cost? It's the price of service and convenience Mr. Jose Reyes.

  9. Identity Verification (SSN)
    HomeAdvisor verifies the social security number(s) of the owner/principal for identity check purposes. This check applies primarily to smaller business entities.
  10. Identity Verification (Reverse Phone Lookup)
    We conduct a reverse business phone lookup to identify records matching the phone number information provided by the business.
