Wayne is a top notch inspector! During the phone consultation he was friendly, professional and very knowledgeable about his work. I'm a first time home buyer so this was much needed. During the inspection, he answered all of my questions and gave detailed explanations. I could tell he took great pride in his work. The report was far more clear and detailed in comparison to the other inspector reports I had viewed in my search. Even my agent was impressed. I'd hire Wayne again without hesitation. Very knowledgeable and very thorough!! You will definitely learn things about your property, which is important. Does not rush through the process or skimp on inspection. When I say he checked EVERY NOOK AND CRANNY, he CHECKED EVERY NOOK AND CRANNY!! Many places I wouldn't have even thought about, while living there!! Well worth the time and price! Highly recommended!!

Where should I start??! Wayne is an incredible person as well as an incredible inspector. He will keep you informed on everything that s going on with the property that you re potentially buying so you can make a decision or not if that property is for you... I felt like I was in a training session because I definitely learned some things about what to look for during an inspection. It was not the only a pleasure of having Mr. Wayne inspect my prospective home but it was a pleasure of meeting him as a person. As an inspector, he left no stone unturned. His approach was to be thorough and detailed in his report and informative to me as a first-time buyer. Wayne arrived on time. The inspection was not for the whole house but to validate whether or not the buyer was asking for reasonable repairs prior to closing. His knowledge about reasonable repairs was good. The report had several comments that were not specific to possible repairs. Many of the responses were cut and paste from other reports. When I asked him to modify the report he did so.

Wayne was very through and walked us thru everything that he was doing and seeing. He pointed out safety concerns and what it might be like 5, 10 or 20 years down the road. He spent almost 4 hours taking pictures and inspecting the home. His report shed some much needed light on the home. We did not end up purchasing the home as the things that needed to be done and the uncertainity of the future use and changes that would need to be done. He gave us honest and truly caring advise. We look forward to having him inspect our next home that we decide to put an offer on. If I were to give anyone advice is please please please do not even think about purchasing a home without doing a home inspection. You must have a professional look at the home without the emotions you are feeling. You must do it, you must do it asap (within your due diligence period so you are not stuck if issues are found). And my last bit of advise...Please use Wayne!!! It will be the best and most important $$ you will spend while purchasing your home!! Period!!

Honestly thought that I had a professional inspection done before buying this home by all secure inspections LLC however 4 months Later I discover that the hot water heater needed to be replaced and the gas line to the hot water heater was out of code and I feel like that is something my inspection should have given me heads up on said I can get those things taken care of in my initial due diligence Before purchasing the home. The rep also gave me some incorrect information about having a pest control system built into my slab , turns out it wasn't at all what he explained. Yes he is very friendly, but I needed a trustworthy service to clue me in on the necessary issues b4 purchasing. I don't feel like this was it after all the thi GA we've found out after the fact. I will have been in my home 1 yr April 30 2020.
