Retaining Wall - Install
Took a while to get a date set up for the work to be done but once we did all went well. Our new retaining wall looks great! We are very happy with Bob & his staff's work.

Landscape - Install Landscaping for Yard or Garden
I have been in the construction trade all my life and a building inspector for many years but had no experience with paver's. After talking with Bob I was very impressed and comfortable with All Serve doing the job. The custom driveway, walk and steps came out great. Started and finished as scheduled. I would highly recommend All Serve.

Concrete Patios, Walks & Steps- Install
All Serve Property Maintenance was great. Bob was responsive and prompt, and our driveway, walkway, and steps look wonderful. They also worked patiently with my town�s strict permit filing. I would highly recommend All Serve Property Maintenance to anyone in the future.

Garage - Remodel
Great workmanship, Beutifull Brick Work. The job was done as it was promised. Rob gave us straight answers on how things could be done and it was a reasonable price. Communication was very good especially while given the run around by suppliers for the Windows. Rob and his crew handled everything professionally.

Deck or Porch - Build or Replace
Work is back on track and should be completed soon. The communication between All-Serve and I is a 100% better and work is progressing. When all work has been completed I will give a finale review and rating.

Brick and Stone Patios, Walks, and Steps - Install
We could not be more pleased with the quality of work and personal interest that the All Serve team gave to our project. The project involved a 1920 house that always serves up surprises - and not in a good way - so the unexpected was not just one set of concrete steps had to be removed but 3 sets and no footing under any of them. The cost of the project had to be adjusted up to cover the extra labor and materials involved - yet the cost increase was more than fair and we love the finished steps.

Excellent and prompt service!! Bob was a true professional throughout the entire process. He quickly returns calls and went out of his way to make sure the job was done right and on time. His honesty should also be noted. I was under pressure to get this work done and Bob was aware of that fact and still didn't overcharge me. Thanks Again!

I am VERY pleased with our experience with Bob and All-Serve. We were dealing with a very short time line (due to a last minute decision on our part) and Bob was able to install two Flo-Well cisterns, re-concrete, grade the backyard, install sod, remove a couple of unwanted shrubs, and clean up the left over leaves from fall/winter, and it looks WONDERFUL! To top it all off, his pricing is very competitive! I have already recommended him to two friends from work.

"This was an aggressive project. We removed a large chimney, Fireplace and foundation from the center of the house to enlarge the kitchen area. We had our HVAC guys install direct vent heater and hot water heater to make up for losing the chimney. After all openings were patched we installed a new kitchen and ceramic tile floor."

Bob helped to replace part of my concrete sidewalk which is a rather small project. Overall I am very satisified with the project and especially appreciate his work ethics. He is very accessable, always pick up the call. He is on time for appointment . He started and finished the project as promised. He helped to get the township permit and inspection done. He clean up neatly after the project. Overall good work quality. He delivers! The price is also reasonable. I definitely will recommend him to others.
