The technician was supposed to do carpet cleaning of the living and dining room, staircase, and hallway. I was expecting the tech to bring with him a heavy-duty carpet cleaner. Instead, he brought with him a regular carpet cleaner as the heavy-duty cleaner is broken. Did a mediocre job with half of the carpet cleaned and the other half not cleaned. Also, the technician would not do the living room. I am very frustrated with the kind of work that I need to schedule another carpet cleaner do the unfinished job.
