Nice people just didnt do a good job of laying the asphalt. They went cheap on not laying enough base to make the asphalt sturdy then they wanted to charge more money to come fix their mistake. They also left a lot of debris that I had to clean up in the parking lot while leveling it out. Very Overpriced.

"Sorry you feel this way. We applied the base that you paid for. You didn't want to spend money on extra base that was needed. Also, you chose recycled asphalt and not hot asphalt. You went the cheaper route. As far as debris, those were there before the job. We are not a garbage or in the land clean up business. I have pictures and documents with base that was added and that we needed. I offered to repair his issues with material only cost. I told him to buy material and I would install for free. So if you are going to tell the story, tell it all, not half. Sorry you feel this way, but we could have handled this matter with a simpl"

"Thanks for the review,sorry about the glitch! We were not informed of a old water line that was in the way under the 40 yr old driveway. Honestly I don't think the customer knew about it either, but even though it wasn't our fault damaging the water line, we covered all the costs of repair."

Jack Young and his crew were great to work with. Jack explained the whole process of replacing my deteriorated 1968 culverted driveway apron thoroughly and carefully. They all arrived on time and were very organized. Got it done in just a few hours and left the area nice and clean. I will recommend them to others in the neighborhood with similar driveway issues.
