I hired Kelly to replace a kitchen faucet, a shower drain, and repair a storm door. I appreciated his follow-up to make sure the repairs were satisfactory. I have already recommended him to my family and friends, and have started another to-do list that I plan on hiring him to help with soon. Very pleased with this experience.

Kelly has done a fantastic job with many projects at my home and workplace. He is very fair in pricing. He is very professional. I recommend him for many different jobs-he has 35 years experience and knows how to do pretty much all home maintenance jobs-and he makes very reasonable recommendations for more complex projects if need be.

Kelly did minor drywall repair, sink adjustments and replaced and repaired a gate and trellis and bricks on my patio.

Kelly handled a difficult exterior door installation in an older house, and an odd arrangement where he worked both with me and with building management, all with total professionalism. He responded within minutes to the original service request, returned calls promptly, followed up with status reports, and stuck with the job until it was done right, at a very reasonable price. I'm not from the area, so I took a chance trying to find a local independent contractor; ServiceMagic hooked me up, and Kelly was the right person for the situation.

Kelly did an excellent job with my projects; he gave me an estimate for one and despite the fact that it took longer than he anticipated, he charged me the quoted price. He was very pleasant to work with and helpful in giving advice for things I still need to have done. I will definitely hire him again, when I'm ready to do the remaining projects.

Installed cabinets, countertops, and laminate/vinyl (Allure) flooring. Overall very pleased with work. Only complaint was the flooring in some spots had a few little gaps. Kelly was great to work with and would consider using him again for home improvement projects.

Overall the rebuild of a deck was completed within the set time frame. I am very pleased with the results, and the professional manner in which the comtractor preformed the build. The contractor always kept me updated on any materials needs or needed changes. I will definetly use this contractor on other projects in the future.

Punctual and competent; price is reasonable; honest work and up front. He came to my house, inspected the damage and email me his assessment and estimate. I called, impressed, and he returned and re-installed the siding on the same day. Good attitude with customer.
