The Technician arrived on time, worked efficiently to diagnose the issue. He communicated the problem to me in clear terms and answered my questions and allowed me to decide if I wanted to continue the repair process. When I agreed to the work, the technician worked efficiently to repair my freezer with little impact to my day to day business around the house. While working, he answered any questions I had about the repair and process. When finished, he cleaned up the work site and explained what work was done and what to expect. When your refrigerator stops working on a holiday weekend it's difficult to find someone to come out. Derick came in a couple of hours and was able to fix the problem. And it was a big problem - a bad compressor. He had the parts and got it taken care of so we could enjoy the weekend.
