Quick, good service for a good price. My only issue is I would have liked more communication as to when they were arriving (they seem to arrive early which caught me off guard, not a bad thing just would have liked a heads up). Regardless I would reccomend them to others and will call again for other appliances.

Cannot rate the work because it was never performed. The tech came, identified the problem, claimed to order the part and took a check which was cashed the next day. That was over two weeks ago. These people do not respond and do not show up. I recommend that they be removed from home advisor immediately. I now have to locate another company to do the work. Cant trust Home Advisor.

"Kathy received a full refund. The part was on special order which was explained to them at the time of diagnosis. The part happen to arrive during a time when they were out of town. When they returned unfortunately the office and technicians were off for emergency reasons. Kathy received her refund within minutes of asking."

I paid them $360.00 to have them replace my heating element in my dryer. They told me it was under a 90 day warranty. Two weeks later it stopped working. They will not return my calls. I am disabled and can't afford that kind of money to be wasted.

We were happy with the dryer, he was quick and he resolved the issue. Now we have a issue with the dishwasher and he is not responding. Told us he is waiting for the part but we have not heard from him since Saturday. He took many up front.

"An email was sent out stating all repairs/appointments had to be rescheduled. We have rescheduled and they have received their deposit back. They say they never got the email. But other customers received the same message and have rescheduled."

Had a freezer that would not stop making ice. He came out and disconnected the ice maker. He said in order to fix the freezer that part would be needed. I paid half price off the entire job. He did not show up on 2 scheduled appointments and has not responded since.

I'm not pleased at all with the way the service was conducted. I was told I had the wrong size garbage disposal so I offered to return it and get the correct one or use one of theirs. I also suggested that we reschedule the appointment until the correct garbage disposal was available, he proceeded to listen to what my tenant had to say and she had things to do. He was rushing since the time he entered the home, the problem is I am the owner and landlord of the property. He should have responded to my request to reschedule. The service rep said he could make it work by cutting the cord on the new one which intern would cancel my 8 year warranty, he said he would give me a 3 year warranty. I asked for a business card or proof of business before he left, and he had nothing to give me. All I received by e-mail was a pay-pal invoice for my payment. Nothing saying even a garbage disposal was installed. I contacted the rep on his cell phone this evening and requested the warranty and paperwork and he replied back hold on. The work was started at 9:30 am and it is now 9:15 pm and still haven't received anything. I never experienced a service job where no receipt was not available to me or e-mail to me after the job was done. Very disappointed and would like a refund for this job

"What is your email I just made it back to the office. You were the one that told me to install it because you didn't want to pay more I said it would work. You were told we would give you a new garbage disposal $120+ the part. You said you had the part. I explained to you that it would cost more you then asked your tenant to pay the difference. I then said I would do it at the price I quoted you. I explained to you we can get it done. Today and you said that would be fine because you didn't want to spend more money. I told you a garbage disposal would cost you $80 plus the 120. You didn't want to spend the extra $10 to have it installed. I said I would give you 3 year warranty. Which is covers more than the 8 year if you read your warrant on your garbage disposal. You were happy with the service you were happy it was completed and worked. I told you would get an invoice. And we sent you one. Via PayPal and it does say garbage disposal install on it. I have a copy myself of the exact one you have. She was given all of this information. The garbage disposal she brought to the job was installed properly and working. The invoice she got in her email clearly stated what was done. I have sent her the exact copy that she got at the house in front of the tech time stamped and dated."

They were extremely prompt. They contacted me within 15mins of posting my project and they were onsite within 30mins. I understood what was wrong with my appliance and they fixed it very efficiently. I only needed to take an hour off work. The cost was expected.

Matt S. says it best in his review of this "business" he said "no stars! This business is not to be trusted straight up com man!" Never in my life have I posted a negative review on a service or product but I urge you to stay away from this business. He is so right. About 4 weeks ago I called them needing repairs to my ice maker. They came right over, worked for about an hour, said they needed to get parts and would be back on Monday. They charged me $581 in cash and never came back. They avoid answering their phone or returning messages. They did answer their phone twice, once lying they were picking up the parts for my job, the other promising they'd be here on Mon. Aug 27 at 10 am. They never showed nor called.
