Joe from all-star is very nice and helps me on the phone and fixed my oven. No charge to me. UPDATE 7/1: I like to tell everyone that all-star is very good and help people. If he would like to make money, he could. But he helped me on the phone Sunday and he helped me fix my oven on the phone. Thank you very much all-star and joe. I will recommend them to everyone!

Joe was awesome! First of all, he called right back, and was able to come out on short notice, plus, his service call rate was significantly lower than a couple of other larger companies I'd contacted. He was fairly certain of the diagnosis for my dishwasher, which was leaving dish detergent and residue all over the place - needed a new pump motor (I think that's what it was called); enough so that he ordered the new motor ahead of time, but assured me he would confirm that that was the issue before installing it. When he arrived, he spent time thoroughly checking out the dishwasher, and eventually determined that the pump motor was actually fine! Rather than the $400 repair, he suggested I run hot water in the kitchen sink before starting the dishwasher (so the hot water line would be "primed" and the water the dishwasher pumps in will be hot enough), and select "Hi-Temp Wash" on the cycle. Sure enough, that did the trick, and saved us quite a bit of $$! Joe was also very friendly, knowledgeable and professional, and he will definitely be the first person I call next time we have an issue with an appliance.

Joe quickly returned my call to set up an appointment. He again called me on the day of the repair appointment to let me know he was on his way and his estimated time of arrival. He was pleasant, thorough, and neat. Definitely plan on using his great service again and highly recommend him.

Joe did a very good job on my dryer service. Very efficient on the diagnose and the repair work with the parts in stock.
