We had blood all over brand new carpet. All Star respond quickly and came the next morning. The carpets looked great after the cleaning, but in the next three hours of drying the blood began to come up to the surface. I called and they came quickly the next morning to redo the carpets. After intense work the carpets looked great and have stayed that way. Everyone was very nice and the carpets look fantastic.

I take care of dogs so I know how hard it is to get my carpets cleaned and they did a wonderful job. Their price is reasonable. They left my carpet spotless and odorless. They really went above and beyond to help me and I would highly recommend them.
