He came out as soon as the next day for me and did a great job.

JD came out and cleaned our entire house. He was very efficient and the work was excellent! JD helped move the furniture and was very polite. If it weren't for him, this business wouldn't stand out from the other ones. EXCELLENT customer service!

JD and Nick arrived on time and introduced themselves. I showed them the areas that needed cleaning (3 bedrooms) and they got started right away. They worked efficiently and thoroughly. Carpets look like new and smell good too! Will be recommending to friends and would not hesitate to call them again if I need my carpets cleaned again.

I was extremely pleased with the quality of work. My son is being potty trained and I really thought the most recent mess he made destroyed an expensive area rug. They made it look new.

We are very pleased with All Star Carpet Cleaning. I found this company thru HomeAdvisor, we found their positive reviews helpful, and after our experience, very accurate. Ron, the owner, was very helpful, and communication was him was excellent. JD, who visited our home, was very careful with our furnishings, and worked very hard to leave a good result. JD helped me move some furniture around, and had furniture protectors to place under the feet of our furniture, while the carpet dried. My wife came home later, and said it looked like we just installed new carpeting. We don't have ceiling fans, so the drying time takes awhile...we set up a few portable fans to help with the drying. I highly recommend All Star Carpet Cleaning, Ron, and JD for a job well done...Thanks!

Our appointment was for 9a but they didn't show until 9:30a. They did call us but it was already 9:10a. They were very polite and friendly and due to their lateness gave us a discount on the service. I would definitely hire them to come back.

We just bought an older home that had carpet all throughout. All-Star came in an cleaned taking the carpets from dingy to bright. We were very satisfied with the results.
