Santiago did a great job. My backsplash looks great and he totally cleaned up everything before leaving. I felt the price was reasonable and they came in a timely manner. I would recommend them.

My experience with company is 5 stars. I hired them for both tile and carpet and Iâ m so pleased with my upgrades. I would highly recommend All Star Carpet and Tile for any flooring needed. Juan was great!! He was there to oversee the job both times. Yes I picked out my tile and carpet but the final results came from the professional service that I received from this company. It looks better than I imagined. Thanks Guys, Iâ ll see you soon.

Tiler Muro was unreliable. Always arrived late at about 11 am. then did not show for 3 days. Worked one day and did not show again. Then eventually finished work on a rainy day, the rain damaged some of the grouting The outside patio was tiles on concrete. He was in too much of a hurry to cut the tiles on the edges, creating a tile overhang up to about 3 inches in places.

We had our whole house tiled and both showers done. It is beyond perfect and so beautiful. Juan is nice as could be, he even gave me a recommendation for a small job that needed done and that turned out wonderful. I highly recommend this company.

We had new carpet install in bedrooms and laminated floor for other rooms. Juan was extremely patient and helpful during the purchase process. His teams, both the carpet team as well as the laminated floor were skillful in installing, respectful with our furniture and belonging and did overall a great job. I would highly recommend All Star.

These folks are wonderful! Juan is the BEST!

Good job Quality, responsibility,good quality

great work..

Im up to my 2nd tile job with them. They are great people. The first job they did for me was tile work throughout my living room kitchen and formal dining room. Fernando was amazing laying down the 25 inch tile with ease and precision. Juan conducted his estimate and kept his word with how Fernando would work. It was a great pleasure working with them. They treated my home as if it were there s. We are up to the 2nd job with them now and it s going great so far. Also the pricing is amazing. Very fair and professional company. Other companies that gave me estimates literally almost doubled and some people came over for estimates and never even emailed me the actual estimate. But All star tile especially Juan has been amazing. I would recommend them to anyone!!

Juan, the owner, was very nice.

Very professional and pleasant to work with. I would highly recommend this contractor

Ricardo was great and did a professional job. I thank Juan Perez, the Owner, for giving me such a good worker who cleans up after his work that is s really appreciated. I would hire again. Thank you, DRS

The rep you speak to, you think is the person doing the job. The person doing the job, hired someone else. Poor communications. Rep was not knowledgeable and the job. Asked a question and advise to google. Would not recommend or hire again

The actual installer was got the job done, however, the cleanup was sloppy at best. The owner of All-Star Carpet and Tiles (Juan) did not come back to inspect and ensure that the cleanup was done properly. The workman had to come back twice to rehang doors that were taken down during instatllation and perform additional caulking as needed.

I hired All Star after working with Juan Perez. Juan worked within my immediate timeline, Juan priced each of my tile installation projects fairly and introduced his team who worked diligently until completed. Very professional workers. I m glad I found All Star Carpet & Tile through Home Advisor. I would use All Star Carpet and Tile again if or when needed.

Excellent tile work, loved his work he did a great job ask for Santiago. Juan is great at keeping thinks on track in regards to the the business and i think he tries to make sure the work is done on time, my mistake was not asking Juan how much thinset i needed i was mainly focused on the tile and asked the store agent instead and they were extremely off.

Fast scheduling and excellent work, will use them again.

Juan came out the next day for an estimate to replace some large outdoor porcelain tiles -- they charged us $35 per tile. Within 1 hour he had a guy on site who replaced the tiles (excellent work), Next day grouted - perfect.

All Star do 10 to 12 jobs a year when we need tile done. I have been very happy with the job they provide. Excellent work.
