Very easy to work with

We had our carpet replaced and are very thrilled with it. The customer service was great and the crew that put it in was very professional. The only thing I kind of complained about was that I had to go to the showroom three different times but that was not too troublesome. It was s great experience other than that.

The salesman scheduled an appointment, was on time for initial appointment as well as for other appointments and kept me well informed on the status of the job prior to mine and approximate start date of my job. I am very pleased with the quality of the work performed. There was a small glitch which was communicated appropriately. This company has a professional, respectful attitude all around. I trusted them in my home with no one else there. I would use this company again and recommend to my friends.

Walt Tackett & All Star Carpets did an outstanding job on my floors!!They replaced carpets in 3 bedrooms & master bath closest, installed ceramic tiles in 2 bathrooms & laundry room, and installed laminate in rest of the house. The job was done in a very timely manner & the quality of the work was outstanding!! We love our "new" house!

Outstanding!! We had Walt come out and put in laminate and ceramic tile. From their presentation to the finalizing of the job, they were top notch. They were ver flexiable with scheduling our job. There installation crew was very careful with moving furniture and were tmely as well. I was very impressed with the fast start and resources placed on my large Travertine Tile project. Although 98% of the project was done in a excellent manner, I was disappointed in their follow through on final details, touch up and clean up. I am still waiting for final "transitions" to be installed.
