Very easy to work with

We had our carpet replaced and are very thrilled with it. The customer service was great and the crew that put it in was very professional. The only thing I kind of complained about was that I had to go to the showroom three different times but that was not too troublesome. It was s great experience other than that.

The salesman scheduled an appointment, was on time for initial appointment as well as for other appointments and kept me well informed on the status of the job prior to mine and approximate start date of my job. I am very pleased with the quality of the work performed. There was a small glitch which was communicated appropriately. This company has a professional, respectful attitude all around. I trusted them in my home with no one else there. I would use this company again and recommend to my friends.
