All Star Cleaning

TJ and Abraham were prompt, and courteous and went back over any spot on my windows that they were not satisfied with. I have a two-story home with skylights and everything looks great. I recommend their service.

Arrived on time,, Very nice guys & very professional! Got right to work, wore booties in my house & was very careful with my screens that he took off. I have lots of windows & a two story home, with a covered deck with skylights. Everything looks perfect!

He had an attitude and was disrespectful to me. I asked him to clean a couple of windows a second time, which had streaks in it from his wiper. He said what do I expect? Those windows were in the sunlight and would never look good. He also said that it was construction dirt on the windows. I said no, the house was built 14 years ago and there had not been any work done. He said they would get progressively cleaner each time he cleaned them. I said no, I paid to have them cleaned now. I also had asked him to clean the tracks and he did. When I checked his work, there was water in the tracks from spraying the outside of the windows. (that is how he cleaned the screens.) I asked him to dry the tracks because it was puddling and creating a messy track from the remaining dirt. He said it would cost more if he had to go around and wipe up the water? He was there 2.5 hours and charged me $325 with one helper. I think he was overpaid. He then said that he had been in business for 17 years and was not used to people being critical of his work. I have had 2 careers, one as a contractor in the construction field. I never had to advertise in all of my 25 years, as the customer was always right. I always worked to please the customer, he acted as if he was doing me a favor. I was very disappointed in his attitude.

TJ was courteous, punctual and friendly. He put on booties & mask without being asked. He worked quietly inside while his partner did all outside windows. His price was perfectly reasonable as we had called others for est. I will call All Star Cleaning again!
