this remodel was contracted 4/5/2016. I paid 80% down and after three weeks was told the fixtures ordered came in broken. had to be re-ordered, then three weeks later, still not able to start the job. then finally first week of June they started working, taking out the old bathrooms, and were going to install new floor, shower stall, cabinet, and mirror in small bathroom. in main bath about the same but take out old tub and install tile around tub. I had to go and buy the tile. It seemed at first things were going ok, but they $315.00 at Menards. Finally they agreed $315.00 it was installed along with Moen fixtures. there was a leak in the main bathroom cabinet and it ruined the cabinet, they did replace it, then under the sinks in main and master bath keep leaking, they came back and thought it was fixed. It was still leaking on 6/17/2016 and I called them to let them know. at first it was the main bath and then also the master bath. they said couldn't do anything till this Monday the 20th, well I never hear from them so I called and they said nothing could be done at the time, they would check on getting a plumber to fix it. 6/21/201 they didn't call back, So I waited until 3pm and called them. I was told that they would have to check and see when a plumber could come out. I told them to forget it!! I wasn't waiting another week, I believe that they keep stalling me, I finally called a plumber in the area to come out to fix the leaks. During the job they also lost the top to my toilet, telling me they would get another, they bought a new one and wanted to just give me the back of the new toilet, I said NO. they lost mine so they should put in the new toilet. they did so. This company came several times without proper tools to work, and I did let them use my tools, I wanted the job done. they don't seem to be very well organized, the main person was nice , but once they were paid, they were not professional . I would not recommend them to anyone!! They need to learn how to run a professional business. I know I will have to pay out more now to get the repairs fixed, but I need my bathroom done, in order to use them. I am not putting my name here, they know who I am and they know that I am not satisfied with they work or there business

Very polite young man - communicated well. Did a very good job. I would hire again.
