The owner Eiden is ABSOLUTELY probably one of the worse people I have ever worked with, he would demand money and threaten to stop work if it wasn't given in a timely manner even if i was holding it because I wanted certain things fixed properly before I would give the money. The amount of overcharging he did was outrageous. He is a snake and his company is out to rip people off. I'm not even sure the people he brought in were professionals. Our wiring was done incorrectly. He over charged us for everything. Gave a "half hearted " quote at the beginning that didn't even include everything we wanted or needed done and then wanted to add it on at the end. Our porch was extremely over priced and they didn't even do it the way that I had told him I wanted it and then when I explained that to him he said that we signed off on it which never happened and screamed and cussed at my husband called him all kinds of names. Please stay far far away from this company.

Yona was my project manager, found her to be timely, knowledgeable, kind and a good listener. She made sure I got what I was asking for, I found the price to be reasonable, and the work was completed on schedule. My work was exterior but as you know when pulling off siding you may find anything, as we did find something not so nice, it was dealt with immediately, added more to the cost, but that's life. I did butt heads with a higher up, but pleased in the end. Absolutely love my new siding and posts.

One of the worst contractors to deal with they will take shortcuts on your and get upset when you find flaws in the work. The left trash in front of the house and in the house every day. They actually stop working on the house for 3 weeks, which led to more unprofessional work when trying to meet a deadline. The owner is very rude and does not take responsibility for any of his work. Stay Away at all costs!!!! I am living a nightmare. Since my post the owner has threatened me with a lawsuit, so I decided to post more pictures. The light socket was missing screws so I had to go to home depot to buy screws to secure it. The door leading to the garage has a split in the door frame. My french doors are separating from the door frames in the back. When I try to address the owner he accused me of not wanting to pay him, I paid him and still am waiting on a itemized receipt. It is been two days and I still have not received my itemized receipt and now the project manager wont answer my calls. These people are not honest do no use their services. Make sure you get the license for each professional on the job, especially plumbing or you end up with a lukewarm shower like I have. Very professional and done well finished the job ahead of time and Jakob was so helpful on explaining the job scope. Price was fair and work that was done was great.

E & L Star Construction Company did a fantastic job on remodeling my rental property. The building was old and had many issues. They expertly identified the problems and addressed them. Their pricing for the service given the magnitude of work needed was reasonable. They offered great design advice and extra touches to enhance my property. I really liked that the project manager, Liel was onsite every day till completion of the project. I highly recommend this company and was happy with their timeliness, honesty, and expert work.

Learned a lot through my experience having to get a new roof and would have done a few things different. Overall satisfied with the job that was done and would recommend them again.
