All Star Dryer Vent

Used this service on 7/14/26 was over charged $113 for work that was not done ….called approximately 2 weeks ago for my refund as of this date Ryan has not responded to my texts and calls do not recommend using All star lack professional follow up or addressing my concern.called today still no response…please send me my refund ….insufficient space to write a complete review like I would like too...semi transparency on all stars part….. this was not the way I intended to reach out to you but you have not given me ant choice in this matter ..all other methods of communication have failed…I’m am not happy you did not live up to my expectations and were deceptive Just in case you don’t realize it if you do not return or give me my refund, it’s called stealing and fraud I have the bill to prove it UPDATE FROM MY 1ST REVIEW: Ryan from All Star responded to my 1st review unfortunately he sent it while I sent the review ….his text was apologetic in getting back to me so late…he informed me that due to a family matter he was out of town …..and because of communication errors…. guess he was in an area where he could not get back to me right of way….he did promise as soon as he returned to Reno he would stop by and correct our misunderstanding ( which he did)…..I’ve been meaning to update my review but have been having my own circumstances that have needed my attention ….I recommended All Star and Ryan several weeks ago to my veteran friend …..DT who was pleased with Ryan’s service …and would recommend his service others …..the moral of the story….. miscommunication and bad cell service in areas where there is no service can definitely ruin your day ……

Ryan and Jake arrived on time, and surveyed the issue with my dryer venting. They came up with a couple different options and recommendations, and estimated price on each. I chose their preferred retrofitting option. They started work immediately, and finished the same day. Considering the work that had to be done, the price was reasonable as well. I definitely recommend All Star Dryer Vent!

Set appointment he flaked on it no call no show I gave him a second chance and even texted him to verify he was coming out that day he said he would be there AGAIN no show no call

Ryan & Jake did an amazing job. They were punctual, professional & knowledgeable. They quickly assessed the issue & explained everything in detail. Highly recommend All Star Dryer Vent. They'll be our go to from here on out.

Their work was quick and thorough. I appreciated hearing about different options available to save space but I would recommend not talking about it first, as it seems like this is going to be a "hard sell" situation. It wasn't. I always had choice. So, besides that caveat, they were great. I would certainly recommend this company.

Did a great job and was on time. Performed the work quickly. Very happy with the service.

We continue to have amazing experiences. Showed up right on time was extremely professional, and even helped us rewire the dryer so it works in the new house! We've had two houses' vents cleaned out with Ryan, and have had great improvement in the efficiency of our dryer. Will recommend to everyone I know for the safety of your house, and less time spent drying clothes!

They showed up on time!! Such a nice feeling not watching the clock waiting for them to show up. Once we did a quick walk through they got to work. I was pleased they knew how to treat our quartzite counters, left or laminate floors streak free, they were able to get rid of some of the water spots on our shower doors. I was very impressed how flexible they were with my zoom meeting, working in the other rooms. When they came out for the dryer vents I couldn’t believe the amount of lint and debris that were removed. We live in a fairly new home and was not expecting so much lit. So relieved we had them come by to eliminate any potential fire hazards. As an added bonus they arrived on time!

Awesome job! Wonderful customer service and professionalism.

Had Ryan out and he cleaned my dryer vent very knowledgeable and explained everything he did great work will use again in the future and recommend him

Great service performed. Ryan is super professional and really knows his work. I use this service for multiple properties and Ryan has done a fantastic cleaning of dryers and dryer vents on each one. I highly recommend Ryan… five stars.

Ryan arrived on time. He was very friendly and willing to answer any questions I had. He cleaned up after himself and was done in about an hour. I will for sure be calling back to reschedule my routine appointments with All-Star Dryer Vent.

The professional suggested additional work which seemed reasonable. I took advantage of all his suggestions.

Very professional, explained everything that needed to be done. Arrived on time. Very knowledgeable about his profession. Would definitely recommend this company.

I called on Friday and Ryan was out on Monday. He was early, friendly and a pleasure to work with. He talked me through what needed to be done, discussed my options and answered all of my questions. The pricing was fair, and he worked with me as much as he could related to cost. The work was done quickly and done well. He cleaned up after himself. I have no complaints and would gladly recommend him in the future!

It was pretty good. He did his job. The dryer works better. He explained to us what happened. He seems like a nice guy.

My wife and I have lived in our home for over 13 years. We realized we had never had the dryer vents cleaned and after seeing a show about the potential fire dangers we decided it was time to get them done. Ryan showed up and immediately began getting to work. He even went up into the attic and discovered we had no exit vent installed. He installed all the venting to bring our return up to code. He removed what had to have been at least 20 years of dryer lint buildup. He even left the laundry room cleaner than it was when he arrived. Our dryer works like it is brand new again. We used to have to dry towels using two cycles in the dryer, now they dry in 40 minutes! Making the dryer more efficient should save on the electricity bill. Overall, we couldn't be happier or more pleased with the work done. Ryan was quick with his business, professional, and polite. We will use him once a year from here forward to keep our vents clean.
