The only time he turned up on time was to do the estimate.Promised the world and never turned up,when promised.Put fence on neighbours property and when asked to come back and move it took over 6 months ,and only when court action was involved ,and even then try to charge for putting right his mistake.When the winter came the fence did not withstand a strong gust let alone strong wind.aweful just aweful experience would never recommend this company... Even used the excuse one day that his mother had died...

After a few setbacks Ryan came and installed my shadowbow fence. He and his partenr did an excellent job in a timely manner. When I first contacted him I had a few others in mind and it came down to him and another company. I told him what the other company offered to do it for and he was willing to do the job at the same price. He was courteous friendly and answered all my calls and texts I sent him and was patient with me as I need certain details addressed . In the end he also replaced a small section I was going to call him back to do at another time. Not only did he do it but also included it in the original price. Thanks Ryan!

Dissatisfied due to Many unanswered calls and no status calls made from contractor to us. Contractor claimed that he had personal problems at home due to deaths in the family, but he never called to advise us. Instead, we had to continuously try to call him but 95% of the time got voicemail. Fence was fine but failed inspection because lower half had portions that exceeded the allowable gap (4 inches). We are getting stones to place in those gaps.

I would not recommend All Star Fence to my worst enemy

Ryan showed up yesterday and the job is half done. The guy is a wonderful person but seems to have had some problems with his truck. I have advised him to communicate better. Thus far he has done a wonderful job. UPDATE: My Fence project is complete and it came up very very good. I am completely satisfied. Ryan has done an excellent job. The work done and the products used have been immaculate. He is very skilled and knwolegable in his art. The trick is to use txt ing instead of calling and the guy replies back in less than 5 minutes. If you need a nice strong straight fence, Ryan is the guy to go to.

Ryan took a week past original start date to start job but worked 2 days by himself to tear out old chain link fence and posts and install new #1 Stockade 3/4", 125' of it on even and downhill yard and did an excellent job, looks great!!!!

All Star made a great first impression and carried it thru. the project didn't start on time & Ryan didn't answer several calls, which concerned me, but once he got here he took his time and did an outstanding job. My yard is hilly and Ryan carefully measured the posts and sections so the fence is close to the ground everywhere without gaps beneath; where there had to be gaps because of the steep hill, he covered the gaps too. It was clear from the first meeting that Ryan takes a lot of pride in his work and in doing it right, and he did an amazing job for me. I would recommend him to anyone & plan to use ASF again myself in the future. A+++

CUSTOMER BEWARE! Poor fencing job. Fence is falling apart, slanting, and gate wont open/close properly. Damaged sprinker heads and piping, and even installed the fence with some sprinkler heads on the neighbor's side! Have left numerous messages and emails for the past 2 months, but he still hasnt come to fix it. Took a very long time to start the work and left A LOT of dirt in my yard from digging for the fence posts. Will be contacting Consumer Affairs shortly.

Ryan was very professional and pleasant. He was informative and listened to my concerns and addressed them. He takes pride in his work and it shows. I would recommend him to anyone.

Ryan returned all of my calls and he appears to be very knowledgable when it comes to the product that I am interested in. He has ordered the vinyl gate and will install it when the product is delivered. So far, I am happy with the sevice that I have received.

Out standing work. He went above and beyond in his work. He did not need to come back for anything. It was really good work, on time and the workmanship was outstanding.
