Nathan came and replaced my garage door opener. Unbeknownst to me, he replace my 9 ft rod with an 8ft one, thereby my garage door does not fully open anymore. Iâ m unable to park my large SUV truck in the garage. I called, texted and emailed him several times to no avail. He finally responded a month after and said he ordered the right part to replace the rod. He promised to replace by Sep 3, 2021. Today is Sep 10, 2021 and he is AWOL. I will definitely not recommend because he knew the rod was short and did not tell me. I had to find out couple of days later on my own and he has not followed up to fix. Thatâ s dishonesty! I have to hire someone else to finish the job.

Called and came out for an estimate quickly. I really liked Nathan and felt comfortable hiring him to install a new garage door. After the initial meet, it was downhill from there. He referred me to another **contractor** to first repair the wood surrounding my old door. He was HORRIBLE! He raised the price on me when he arrived by $100 (which he did not come prepared to complete the work). I made a 9 am appt through Nathan and the guy finished at 3:45 pm. The work itself infuriated me, paint on the brick portion of the house and garage/ground. I was told I did not pay a **taping** fee which should have been included in the paint quote he gave. Drill holes are exposed on wood and the paint job is thin and uneven. Both Nathan and Buford told me it would be corrected but that has not happened. During the install, Rails hit various spots along the wall within the garage and caused additional damage and Nathan did not mention that or have a conversation with me about it... just moved on. I do have a slight center gap between the ground and the door that was not previously there. I was expecting to leave 5 stars for him based solely on the first meeting. I honestly feel that I was not taken seriously or that my business was even valued. I truly feel disrespected by the whole exchange and do regret the extra stress.

Nathan contacted me promptly and came out early in the am and lubricated my garage door so I could open it. He did a fine job for a good price. My problem is that he suggested replacing the rollers which are very old and I agreed and the price he quoted was fair. He suggested I might want to get an automatic garage opener installed but I did not want this. As he left I asked when he would be returning and he said the next day around the same time. He did not return or call and so he fixed the initial problem but did not follow-through with his suggested repair. If he had just lubed the garage door and not made the suggestion of replacing the rollers, I would have given him all fives. As it stands, I cannot recommend him.
