All Star Garage Door, Inc.

Unfortunately, I would not recommend All Star Garage Door due the customer service experiences I had with their technician who fixed our garage door and the owner Kevin. They did come quickly to fix our garage door which was appreciated. Their employee who did the work was not very responsive to my questions and sometime he didn't even respond to me asking how it was going as he was more focused on his phone or sitting in his vehicle. I actually asked the employee if my questions were bothering him. I was worried he would leave before I got a chance to ask him questions. We have a newly built home and was surprised when he was done and the panels didn't match the color to the rest of our panels. I am new to the garage door business and new homes and I felt the employee should have let me know that we would be responsible to painted the new panels to match the old ones. I spoke to Kevin the owner who explained that they do not provide that service to make sure it matches the rest of the panels. I stated that had not been communicated to us so it was taking us by surprise. In our texts Kevin had asked us to send pictures of the front and back of all the panels including the damaged ones and my question is, why weren't we told, we would have to take care of painting the new panels after the work was done. We rely on professionals like them to let us know what has to be done or what condition things will be like when they are done for the garage to look like the pictures we had sent him. The owner defended his employee as not needing to answer those questions as he was just a technician, overlooking the fact that his employee was rude and a representative of All Star Garage Door. The employee did not approach me for payment and left and we received the invoice stating we refused to pay which was absolutely not true. Overall a very bad experience with this company from the technician all the way to the owner. I would think twice before hiring them.

He did a great job, even when i had questions about 2 weeks after the job was finished. He was quick to respond.

Follow up calls were not ideal, never asked me what color of garage door, simply installed a white one.

All Star Garage Door came to our house to repair our garage door. Before they came, I was certain they would tell me it needed to be replaced because it seemed to be beyond repair. BUT, they actually fixed it with no muss or fuss! I walked away with a bill for a small fraction of what I though I was going to have to shell out for a new garage door. We did have a slight misunderstanding about appointment time, but it was handled quite well by All Star. I was pleased with everything they did!! I will definitely use them again!

Very fast response. This company did just exactly what they said they would do. There was a minor adjustment to the original contract that required less material and labor to complete the project, and All Star made an appropriate reduction in the overall cost.
